I had a great experience at this Jack in the Box location. The manager, David, was especially kind and clearly hard-working, and it really showed in how smoothly the whole team worked together. You can tell a lot about a place by its management, and this one is doing things right. The food was served quickly and tasted good, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit and I will return. I just hope David will be working there.

Last 2 times I’ve gone they feel like I don’t need my fries.
They need to close this store and restaff. They're either out of everything or they say they are closed.

definitely the creepiest service ever of all the Jack-in-the-Box locations. I have never experienced something like this in my life. I did an online order paid it and I came to pick it up 30 minutes after ordering there was 25 cars in the drive-through. The lobby was open as soon as I walked in they started yelling like animals. I have never in my life seen an employees act like this literally like zoo animals. Don’t ever go to this Kings Highway and Chippewa location it was literally horrendous. Absolute crap. speechless.. stick to your mom and pops restaurants.

Every time I go to this Jack in the Box, there’s a problem. I should’ve known better than to give them another chance. I ordered two tacos and two chicken sandwiches — the tacos were completely unedible. The food is never fresh, whether it’s tacos, poppers, or French toast sticks. It’s like the employees just don’t want to cook or take pride in what they serve.
I’ve tried calling this location at least 50 times over two days, and they refuse to answer the phone. This is completely unacceptable. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until this location learns how to properly serve customers and prepare food that’s actually edible.

The cashier(Angyl S) was very rude like she didn't want to be bothered when I asked her questions... hash browns tasted old and brittle ... the employees was having a conversation in the lobby that I didn't desire to hear while I was trying eat breakfast so I just walked out and finish my food in my vehicle.... this was my 2nd and last time dining at this location while in St Louis visiting from Memphis
