So um...what in the ever living FU-- is up with the fact that this place never gives you your sauce?! I've postmated this place frequently (why? You may ask..because it's close, it's always open, and it's cheap) and when I tell you..it could be a Monday morning. It could be a Saturday night. I could look past the first or second time. Hell, I could probably look past it the FIFTH time. But when I tell you..I've gotten this delivered EASILY 12-15 times and they never give you sauce. And it's funny because there have been times when my neighbor has ordered at the same time as me and gotten their sauce?? Idk man. It seems petty but that ish annoying af. Give me my damn sauce!

I ordered 2 jumbo jacks and got home and noticed they didn’t add tomato. I went back up there told the lady that I had a online order and that I didn’t get no tomato, and she goes you came back through the drive thru for tomato. The tomato is what makes the sandwhich. Like fr that’s rude af…. And not to mention I’m always waiting in front of the building for 15 min when there isn’t one car in the drive thru.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 tacos extra cheese and extra sauce and a medium fry. I was the only car in the drive thru. When I got home I pulled my fries out and they were curly fries. I dint care for curly fries. Pulled my tacos out and both tacos are in the same sleeve I open the taco to put more sauce on it and their isn't one shred of lettuce on either taco. I tried to call but of course the only thing you get is a long beep. It's ridiculous that such a small and easy order is screwed up. So disappointed. I work to hard for my to throw it in the trash. Let's be better jack in the box!

So my husband ordered off of DoorDash and they’re always shorting us on fries we pay for a large get a medium, not to mention my fries or soggy all the time they need to start doing something different with these teens because if I was their friend ordering off DoorDash they’d be hooking me up. I’m not gonna pay for large and get a medium And serve soggy fries that is totally disrespectful. I made a TikTok video part one into. I hope you guys find it. I’ve called several locations to get corporate number. I have called this store numerous times and the phone is busy like they took it off the hook unprofessional very unprofessional. I don’t recommend you guys ordering DoorDash at night or you’re gonna get poor quality of food and not what you pay for.

I wish there was a way to rank it based on who's working. Cause honestly, if you pull up and ya get the lady that's cheery, polite, and welcoming, you're gonna get good food pretty quick. If ya get the one that essentially barks at ya to order, just keep on going somewhere else unless ya wanna pull around for the next 30 minute of your life, for some cold food.

Someone isnt following the taco recipes. No cheese, no sauce, no cheese slice, and clearly burnt outside. These are the simpliest thing. Come on jack in the box. I know u can do better. Got 10 tacos over the last week on two different trips and not one taco was correct.
