The experience I have at most Jack in the Box locations in STL makes me wonder how they are still open. Employees are rude, food is often gross or wrong, and good luck getting anyone to take an order after 8:00. They'll just say they're closed when you pull up, even if the location is supposed to be open another hour. Save yourselves the trouble and eat somewhere else.

Every time we come Bobby is so rude. Incredibly rude. As if we are bothering her. If you do not want to be nice to the customers then don’t come to work. I don’t know what’s wrong with people these days. Do you not realize you signed up & agreed to be here?? She needs to be fired. This is not the 1st, 2nd, or even 10th time she’s done this. It is every single time. Ridiculous.

The sourdough jack was decent but it seems the burgers have gotten smaller since the last time I went to Jack in the Box. The tacos are usually meh, but these kinda just sucked. No meat (?) hardly and stale shells. Jack is slipping. I have been a fan since the 70s and believe it or not, I remember when tacos were 3 for 99 cents. Sad...?

I think I'm done with this location. My tacos were soooooo greasy! They looked soaked when I took them out of the wrapper! I ate there yesterday and feeling pretty sick to my stomach today. Also they double charged my credit card and I don't even have a receipt for my purchases. What a joke! The guy working the window came out, took my card and then came out again with a new total. Ridiculous. I will now have to file a claim with my credit card for this random second charge for food I didn't order! Also, why are they always closed!! I tried earlier in the week to go and they told me they were closed at 8 PM when the sign clearly says 9 PM. Avoid this place unless you want to get sick, get double charged and not get the service you deserve!!

Tacos have meat in the middle if the taco not even an inch long, asked for sour cream, then had to go back and get it.. ordered 4 tacos all of them are like that!

Every time we go to this place they are out of something now it's no lettuce for tacos before deep fryer down really why are you guys taking up a good corner for this so called restaurant that I never seem to get food no matter what time it is # Hamptonsucks

How hard is it to put accurate hours on your website and Google? Both say open until 10. Get there at 9 and they're already closing. Why why why is it so hard to just list accurate information? Also had Jack in the Box laugh at me about Taco Tuesday when it first came out. Why spend millions on adds, and then not do the actual promotion? Wonder how long until this company fails completely

I came there on my lunch break with 6 orders besides my own. The lobby is still not open, so that was very inconvenient. I ordered the Jumbo Jack with cheese and the mini tacos for myself. I ended up bringing the Jumbo Jack back after work to be remade, because the meat was undercooked. I think I will just stick to their tacos.

Currently sitting in drive through to pick up a mobile order and have been here for 20 minutes. At least 5 cars have left behind us. We have been told to wait twice through the speaker and told they have lots of orders in there and that's been it.... I understand staff shortage but if this bad they shouldn't be open.

It was an okay experience for an early morning breakfast: This Jack is open 24 hours. The order was mostly correct--coffee creamers were missing but they did remember napkins. Drive-thru service only: the dining room is still closed.

Went here after another jack in the box by me was randomly closed, we got to the drive through and they told us they were only accepting delivery and doordash orders and we could not order.. we asked why they said jack in the box boss told them to cut hours.. this was jack in the box 2 out of 3 and all 3 of them had some excuse for not taking orders yet none of them had updated hours or answered phone calls.. yes I call jack in the boxes before I go now because you never know if they’ll be open when they’re supposed to be. I love the food but the entire jack in the box chain is going bad now.

Tried to go through the drive through, and they turned us away because they were going through a shift change around 2:30 in the afternoon. Didn't give an estimate for how long it would take or anything, basically told us to kick rocks. They lost over 100 dollars worth of business by turning my friends and I away. Certainly won't waste my time there again.
