They gave me and my fiance half blended shake it was sloppy chocolate sauce all over outside of the cup whipped cream just thrown in there hanging out the cup and the hamburgers cold and thrown together the employees was outside smoking and talking instead of working worst jack In the box to exist never again to this location

Worse by far servers of any fast food restaurant I've been to in my 57 years get your order on costly serve you old food no customer service constant have to wait an average of 25 minutes will have hour or 45 minutes for your food this is my father worst restaurant seems like they have no manager no leadership no supervision in there

Waiting in drive thru to pick up a doordash order while all 3 employees are sitting in a car parked out back including the manager on duty! Where do they find these people? I would have never complained but they just took there sweet time going in the restaurant to help me

Usually a wait here for Doordash and Grubhub orders I pick up and deliver. Most of the time lobby doors are locked, forcing me to use drive thru. By the time I get back to my car other drivers leap frog me, making me wait longer for my order that should already be prepared.

If the customer pulls to the window to get they order and you say the food is still cooking so I need you to drive back around and go through the drive thru again, that’s bad service, most businesses pull the car and bring the food out to the customer. They don’t have them pull around to be last in the line of 50 cars, we need better customer service please, stop being lazy and do your job, yes it’s cold and gas is hi too, we have to do better!!

Very unsafe food delivered to us tonight! Served us two uncooked sourdough jacks with cold patties and burnt snotty lookin old and cold stuffed jalapenos, forget both our tacos and no one can answer to resolve our issue... Ridiculous and unsafe food, beware! I am contacting the St. Louis City Health Department so hopefully this won't happen again! Someone could get sick if they ate this... Jack n the Box owes us a full refund.

I’m currently in the drive thru line at this establishment. After waiting 10 mins to even get up to the speaker box to place our order, the employee advised that they were only taking on line orders. There was no sign or anything to advise us of this information. There were 2 cars behind us and 2 cars in front of us!! Overall We had to stay in the drive thru line for another 20 minutes just to exit the drive thru!! Overall this establishment needs better management and customer service skill sets for their employees!!!!

I don't know if it was a doordash issue or a Jack in the box issue but the location we tried to doordash from is closed. Obviously did not know this, my order was accepted, money deducted from my debt account and then we get a notice the order was canceled due to the restaurant being closed. Sorry. Will take up to 7 days for a refund. $35 gone to the wind for who knows how long. Just trying to get some lunch for my daughter and I during her chemo treatment. Very unnecessarily stressful during a stressful time.
