The manager greeted me as soon as I walked in. And the staff there was on the hustle. They made sure to dress my tacos the old school 1990's way and didn't cut any corners. The oil was nice and clean and the service was fast. Place was also nice and clean and condiments were fully available

Went through the drive thru , ordered food, got to window and the cashier stuck her hand in my soda cup grabbed a piece of ice and ate it. I refused all of my order which was about $50. She tried to argue that she did not such a thing but the other person in the car also saw her I was so disgusted. This was at the Jack in The box at 270 and Washington in St. Louis. Never again!!!

I hate to say this but this location either needs an entire new staff or be shut down. Every time I go (which isn't often now) there's ALWAYS a reason why they can't take orders: out of fries, only serving certain items, exact change only. The latest one, only taking Door Dash and online orders. The very few times I was able to place an order, the food was cold and the service wasn't any better.

It's also a Philip 66 gas station so everything is there. I can get snacks, fill up and grab a burger in one stop.

The lady working the register was out front smoking in her car ! I waited to see if she would come in, but after 5 min. I went somewhere else. I will never go to that jack in the box again.
I placed an ordered on the app for delivery. On 12/12/24 When the delivery driver got there they said they didn’t have my food. The driver called me and said that jack in the box didn’t have my food. So I called up to jack in the box and the guy said they just had got the order but by this time the driver has already left. The guy at jack in the box said someone might come back and pick it up he wasn’t sure. Next thing I know my order was canceled. I have reported this once it happen. And yet no one has reached out and still no refund.

hours say they 24 hours but that’s not true : i come here all the time and they never open driver thru or the doors. employees always got bad attitudes and the dudes rather sit outside and smoke weed than take a damn order

I went for breakfast on December 4, 2024. The women that took my order, in drive thru was so inviting. I have never had such a positive experience, at any restaurant fine dining or fast service. My order was hot, fresh and delicious.She deserves to be compensated for her hard work and dedication.
