A very solid Burger Bar or should I saw Burger Heaven? They have several varieties of burger (sourdough, wrap, bun, fire cracker, build your own), and they are seasoned and cooked (pan fried), not super greasy - it's just greasy enough to carry the flavor. The Beer Cheese and Cajun Seasonings are delicious with their fries.

Burgers are good if you get one with sauce. Otherwise they can be a bit dry. You place your order in a line and they bring you the food. Condimens napkins and water are self service. Its an old school corner bar in soulard with outdoor seating available for when its warm out

Jack Nolen’s is an absolute gem.
Hands down, one of the most delicious burgers I’ve ever had.
The place is beautiful, with great style and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Perfectly located near the Budweiser area and ideal for a relaxed yet elevated meal.
Highly recommended if you’re in Missouri —totally worth the stop.
