Excellent experience. Service was great, musicians top tier and terrific acoustics. We used the valet parking which was a breeze and a bargain (for paid parking) at $15. A lovely way to spend an evening if you're a jazz lover!

Awesome show with delicious food. The portions could have been larger. Entertainment and the energy of the staff make up for it and that is without taking account of the music. Amazing artist who have taken the perfection of their craft as the highest priority constantly reaching higher levels with every performance. Cannot go wrong bringing a first date, anniversary, family outing, or business casual here will always impress. Take any opportunity to enjoy the complete experience offered every visit.

There should have been more waiters who were taking care of my area. He was vigilant on taking the order, and I didn't see him again. My empty dishes and glass sat with me the entire performance. I had to pay at the bar because he never returned. The food was pricey, and the taste didn't match the charge. The cocktail was decent. I guess I paid for the atmosphere it was wonderful.

I ordered 10 tickets for me & my friends for my 22nd birthday for a Jazz performance on the 19th of June. I arrived with 4 of my friends & the rest of them were less than 15 min away. A woman at the front told me that it is first come first serve.. although I ordered tickets she also informed me that we would most likely not be seated together or get a seat at at all depending on how full it was.. I was also informed that they don’t close until the performance ends which could be 9:30pm. However on their website it says they close at 11pm. I had to change my plans last minute & find another event to attend due to misleading information. I don’t know if anyone else has encountered this same issue but all around it was very disappointing & we were not able to watch the performance that I planned to do a month in advance.

A real gem of a place - very sophisticated feel and also comfortable. Every seat was very close to the stage and had a good view. I was visiting from out of town and didn't realize I got tickets to the student show, but the students were actually pretty good, and for their age, kind of amazing - at least college-level if not above on the whole. Everyone was very friendly - I just put 4 stars for service because there was quite a line to pick up tickets at will call, which was the same ticket window as purchasing tickets. At some point one of the staff took the will-call tickets from the window and tried to find them for people, but there were some mixups, but everything got sorted out. I didn't get any food, so can't speak to that, but it looked good.
