Love the place!!!!!! But service is terrible it took 45 mins to get appetizer then came our drinks......the food was great but they really need to work on having more people on the floor or at least a better person for the floor!

What a gem! It was our first time visiting and we were blessed to hear Cyrus Chesnut grace us with fantastic Jazz piano. The venue is great and felt intimate. We went to the late showing that started at 9:30 and had an amazing time.

We wouldn’t know how the actual experience is…we reserved our 4 tickets months in advance since we were planning a trip from out of town…thought it would be a cool experience for my teenager and parents…we had been exploring the city all day excited to sit down and enjoy the evening…when we arrived we were VERY rudely informed by the man and lady at the door that we wouldn’t be able to sit together and basically that they couldn’t accommodate us…I know it’s free but tickets don’t mean anything…so don’t plan your day around it!

My 'Freshman First' visit to this establishment was more than expected. I was gifted two tickets from a friend who could not make the evening performance of homegrown artist Christian McGhee and Xtent. The Establishment has excellent views on both intimate levels. The upper level gives the best view, in my opinion. Food was phenomenal. Signature drinks are sensational. One STL venue that should not be overlooked. The Jazz-E program has developed many local up and coming talent over the years. A Must See & Do Music, Food & Drinks Venue! ? ? ? ? ??
Editing my review! We had a negative experience with a floor manager, however after informing leadership, we were met with an earnest and thoughtful response and effort to make the situation right. The show was incredible, the servers were working so hard despite being short staffed.

I came here with my good girlfriend for Father's Day. It was my first time and I was pleased. The host Kris came to our table and recommended another section to sit in for better views. He was very nice. The performance was exceptional and my drink and salad were both good. I do recommend and will be back. Thankh you.

First offf let me say KEYON HARROLD WAS AMAZING!!! 10/10 the food was amazing as always !! My only complaint was my server never stated that the kitchen closed at 8:30 !! Needless to say my table never got a chance to order dessert which was a bummer .... we were reallly looking forward to it ! Besides that everything was Amazimg
