This is my favorite pizza place! I order from Uber when I'm in the mood for pizza. I usually order the Chicago Corner with Five toppings. The pizza is deep dish and is usually perfect! Every once in awhile my pizza isn't cooked all the way through and it's doughy but even then it is still very good. The only thing I wish is that they sold drinks on Uber bc pizza with out soda should be a crime lol! Yummy Meter: 8

We ordered a pizza at 10:15am on Saturday and was told that the pizza would arrive at 11:00am. We called at 11:15 and was told it would be there soon. Called again at 11:40 and was told it was on the way. No apology, no complimentary soda, no gift card for the next time that we would order. Terrible customer service! The pizza finally arrived at 11:50am, no apology and barely warm. Never again.

Placed order for delivery. I called after an hour and a half and they said they didn't have any drivers and were now closed. At least they offered to refund the money.

Fire your manager, Anthony!! He is rude and unprofessional. I have been calling for the past week and a half trying to get my refund for a pizza I ordered on 6/13/20. Jets Pizza actually cancelled my order when I ordered because they said they were I understaffed and didn't have enough delivery drivers. They also said they would refund me my $17.15. I have consistently called to find out where my refund is and has received the complete run around. However, today was the icing on the cake. I called to get a status of my refund and spoke to the manager, Anthony. AGAIN, he told me to call tomorrow so that owner could issue me my refund. I told him how frustrated I am and that I would need to contact the corporate office and asked for the number. Instead of him providing it, he told me to "go online and get it". I asked him for his name, he said Anthony...and i then asked for his last name and he hung up the phone in my face!!. I called right back and told him how unprofessional it was that he hung up in my face and that I didn't appreciate it...and he hung up in my face again. I called back again and this time he was yelling and screaming and cursing at me! All the while OWING ME $17.15!!!! I am so upset!!! I contacted corporate and made a complaint but felt I should come here as well to warn you all to NOT patronize this place until they have better leadership representation at this store. I have never been treated so bad by a manager at a restaurant!

This was a surprise. Not from the area and we just googled pizza spots cause pizza hit is terrible. This popped up so we tried it and we were pleasantly surprised. Cool whole in the wall with great food and great people

Called to order mothers day special that I had received a text notification about. First the girl denied they even had a special. Then she said it was just for mothers day (it was good the entire weekend), then she said she didnt know how to ring it up and no manager was working. So I went to a different location where they actually have some sense. Rude AND ignorant. A terrible combo. I wont visit this raggedy location again.

Never tried them till recently I must say Excellent pizza!! But where they really won me over the guy taking my order, ( I did a walk in was a black guy ), he knew I was like spending the last of my money on a pizza gave me a free soda, and while that might not seem much to most to me it was really awesome of dude and im going I don't get him in trouble but they have me as a faithful customer

First time eating Jet's pizza. I got a medium mushroom pizza with turbo crust. At first, we thought that they did not put enough mushrooms, but then i noticed that the mushrooms were in the middle of the sauce and crust.

Normally very good. The food is always top notch. Tonight it has been 2 hours and 8 minutes since I ordered. Nothing. No phone call and nothing else. They charged my card plus the tip. And no delivery at all. No one is answering the phone at the store. About to go to bed and file a complaint. Not sure what else to do. I'm out of ideas.

Ordered online and waited two hours with no delivery. Attempted to call the store several times with no answer. They charged my credit card and placed a tip without my authorization. You will have to email corporate to receive a refund. This location is unprofessional and should be avoided.
