Tried to order a pizza today by phone. The “Jet Bot” (AI phone system) tried to take my order and kept repeating itself while interrupting me. I asked to speak to a person and she was less than pleased to be interacting with me. When I asked if they were running any deals, she said “we don’t do that.” Even though their website shows deals?
I love Jet’s pizza but this service made me lose my appetite altogether.

It's good but to be honest don't really understand the hype. "Detroit style" taste like a normal pan pizza u can get just about at any chain pizza place

The employee who stated her name was Allison, was rude, not helpful, and made the experience absolutely awful. When I submitted a complaint, she actually called my phone, lied about who she was, and when I asked to speak with someone else, hung up. I will continue to complain and contact whoever I need to.
Never been disappointed by a Jets location and this one is no different. Fast and friendly.
