Goodness, they have lots of yummy cupcakes to choose from. Prices are ~ $6 - $8 depending on whether it is a seasonal/speciality one.

I'm reviewing from the perspective of a long time local raving fan who also chose Jilly's for a corporate event catering.

Listen... Jilly's cupcakes have always been the best cupcakes that I've ever put in my mouth... period. That's not what prompted me to want to get on google and write about them. It was the over the top, best in class customer service provided by DEBRA who takes care of the corporate ordering these days.

Debra's kind attention to my needs and preferences was so refreshing. Through the whole process she was very communicative, respectful, encouraging... but not fake or corporate at all.

This was what "Customer service" is really supposed to be... the feeling that the other human on the end of the communication really cares about you, and your experience, and is willing to work hard to delight you and surpass your expectations.

I'm still glowing from the experience and I'm so grateful to have crossed paths with this beautiful woman and these delicious cupcakes.

10/10 would order again. Heck 11/10.

I worked with Brad for my wedding cake and cupcakes at Jilly’s Cupcake Bar & Cafe. Everything turned out perfect! He was on time, awesome at setting up, and communicated well when it came to ensuring all the details were correct. My cake was delicious and designed exactly how I wanted. The flavored cupcakes were loved by all the guests. Thank you!!

As I’m sitting here eating what is now my tenth Banana Cheesecake cupcake i sit and i think i don’t believe i have ever had a better cupcake in my life, I’m literally not exaggerating i wish i could scream to the entire world how amazing these cupcakes are i literally go to sleep and wake up thinking about this cupcake and while i pay for it at the gym the satisfaction and joy i get from this cupcake is unmatched, god bless the hands and this beautiful business, you have a forever customer in me 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

I absolutely loved my cake! I would give Brad 5 stars all around! He did such an amazing job! My cake was delicious and he delivered excellent customer service. He gave me EXACTLY what I asked for and he was very patient with me. This was my first time ordering a custom cake and he guided me through the process because I really didn't know the cake lingo. All I had was a picture from Pinterest.

I gave Jilly's as a whole a 4 because of Deborah. My experience with her only caused unnecessary frustration. I called the store so I could pay for my cake. I pressed 1 for custom orders and Deborah answered. It sounded as if it was her cell phone. I let her know who I was and that I was working with Brad and I wanted to pay for my cake. She sounded a little confused. So I went on to say it was okay I can just call the store back. No worries.

She goes onto insist on trying to help saying that Brad was busy. She goes on to ask me how much was my cake? What kind of cake did I order? Deigns? Etc? I explained to her that I've already been to the store and met with Brad he has all of this information. She ignores what I say and ask how many people are you serving? I told her I don't know it's just a small cake for my birthday. She goes on and laugh and says, "You're ordering a cake and you don't even know how many people you're serving." I wanted to return her negative energy and be rude but as a business owner myself I hold myself to a higher standard unlike Deborah who would benefit from some customer service training. Instead I shared, "Deborah this conversation isn't going anywhere. I will contact the store like I insisted. Thank you."

And to say answer your question Deborah no I didn't know how many people it was serving because it was for ME! Everyone doesn't buy a cake to feed an entire party. The next time you decide to laugh at a customer you should think again or maybe Jilly should provide you with better customer service.

I almost canceled my order because of Deborah but I decided not to and I'm happy I didn't allow a Negative Nancy to ruin my plans. Brad took care of me and I look forward to working with him again.

We’ve been getting Jillys since my daughter was a baby and she is now 16! We used them for her sweet 16 and it was stunning and delicious! Definitely recommend for birthdays or any occasion or if you just want a delicious cupcake with a lot of love put in to it

This place has necome so business and corporate it seems like they are doing their customers a favor by making a cake or a cup cake. Decent quality but customer service is not in their scope.
