Amazing cupcakes, amazing people, $20 well spent! :D

Had Jillys a couple years ago. (Just the cupcakes) they were great. Decided to try the café today.....it was the best foid I have eaten. Everyone tried everyone else's food ALL of it was great. There wasn't one thing I didn't like.

Enjoyed sampling multiple cupcakes all terrific.
Observed families with young children. And older couples enjoying dessert.

If you’re having a special event and looking for a bakery I would not recommend Jilly’s bakery to anyone. My wedding is in June 2025, so with time winding down I needed a baker. After seeing Jilly’s bakery in a search I gave it a shot. For four months, since the beginning of February, I’ve continued to reach out in every way possible…website contact forms, phone calls, voicemails, text messages, even in person. I was constantly given the run around. It went from “certain departments members not being in at the time , we’ll reach out to you at the end of the week ” to weeks later being “we’ll have a phone call to discuss ideas and event planning tomorrow ”. Only thing is tomorrow never came. It just so happened that I was near the bakery around the time of the meeting so I stopped by. To my surprise the staff were not very welcoming. I asked to speak to the wedding cake designer in regards to our phone meeting that should have been happening soon. I was told I wouldn’t be able to speak to anyone and that I needed to call and leave a message and maybe someone would get back to me. After showing the staff text messages about the meeting she said she didn’t care and didn’t want to see the message and brushed me off. As I left completely dumbfounded by the encounter, I heard someone ask why she wouldn’t let me speak to them and she responded that they wouldn’t want to speak to me and that they were busy anyway. I sent a text to who I had been texting prior and explained everything that happened. They of course apologized for the experience and said they would contact the owner. As weeks go by, I myself willing to look past everything, reach out once again and get no response. I’ve continued to reach out since, and I have yet to hear back to this day.

Absolutely loved this place! The cupcakes are fresh, beautifully decorated, and bursting with flavor—especially the red velvet and salted caramel. The shop has a fun, trendy vibe and the staff is super friendly. A sweet little gem worth every bite!

Goodness, they have lots of yummy cupcakes to choose from. Prices are ~ $6 - $8 depending on whether it is a seasonal/speciality one.

I'm reviewing from the perspective of a long time local raving fan who also chose Jilly's for a corporate event catering.

Listen... Jilly's cupcakes have always been the best cupcakes that I've ever put in my mouth... period. That's not what prompted me to want to get on google and write about them. It was the over the top, best in class customer service provided by DEBRA who takes care of the corporate ordering these days.

Debra's kind attention to my needs and preferences was so refreshing. Through the whole process she was very communicative, respectful, encouraging... but not fake or corporate at all.

This was what "Customer service" is really supposed to be... the feeling that the other human on the end of the communication really cares about you, and your experience, and is willing to work hard to delight you and surpass your expectations.

I'm still glowing from the experience and I'm so grateful to have crossed paths with this beautiful woman and these delicious cupcakes.

10/10 would order again. Heck 11/10.

I worked with Brad for my wedding cake and cupcakes at Jilly’s Cupcake Bar & Cafe. Everything turned out perfect! He was on time, awesome at setting up, and communicated well when it came to ensuring all the details were correct. My cake was delicious and designed exactly how I wanted. The flavored cupcakes were loved by all the guests. Thank you!!

As I’m sitting here eating what is now my tenth Banana Cheesecake cupcake i sit and i think i don’t believe i have ever had a better cupcake in my life, I’m literally not exaggerating i wish i could scream to the entire world how amazing these cupcakes are i literally go to sleep and wake up thinking about this cupcake and while i pay for it at the gym the satisfaction and joy i get from this cupcake is unmatched, god bless the hands and this beautiful business, you have a forever customer in me 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾
