I can’t speak about the food quality because every time I try to order something from this place they are closed hours before the closing time or they don’t have anything. How is this place still running? I also ordered online before I got there and told me I should be refunded next week… This is the same location that had people stealing the cash at the drive through. If you plan on ordering here, have a second option bc they are not a functional fast food place. I’d give it negotive stars if I could

The absolute worst Jimmy John’s. Continuously try to give it a try and it always disappoints. Sandwiches are never prepared correctly and always taste like they are sour/expired. , staff are rude half of the time. It’s a shame because the location is so convenient but it’s just not worth it anymore.

A horrible, horrible operation. I ordered a sandwich, which they prepared incorrectly. I saw that it was incorrect, before I even took one bite from it. So I took it to the counter and simply ask them to fix it, and the manager flat out refused. Not only did she refuse, but she was extremely rude and insulting about it. So I simply - in a calm normal voice - ask her to refund my money. She not only refused, but she was totally obnoxious and started insulting me again. Needless to say, I will never go back.

The woman with dark hair who I assume is the manager was very unkind to customers and employees. She was cussing in front of customers about the AC and wasn’t very tentative. The past few times I’ve visited the manager with dark hair, glasses, and facial piercings was so degrading to her employees especially the older man. I am typically served by the man who provides great customer service. He is very kind and good at what he does. I wish they had a different manager. This location would be more successful and inviting

Tipping culture is getting out of control! They called and harassed me to see if I would tip my delivery driver. The GM cancelled my delivery order because apparently they “work for tips” which if that is a company policy, that needs to be on the website. The employees not being paid adequately should never be taken out on the customer.
Now they won’t be getting a tip from me or any more of my business. I deleted my customer account and the mobile app off my phone.
Food is fine, the big issue is the service.
The teenage boys in the back did nothing but talk while one older man was running the entire restaurant.

Employees did not speak. Even when spoken to. They didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing inside. I will not go back to this location and spend a dime.

Never had such bad service at a JJs before, ever - and it's repeatedly like that. We usually drive through and still have issues.
This last incident was the final straw. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive through with one car in front of us and none after to pick up one sandwich we ended up leaving. They didn't even apologize when I knocked on the window and said to cancel our order due to the excessively long wait... At each visit I'm repeatedly told that they did not staff enough people. After reading other reviews I do think there were occasions where we were charged more than we should have been, which is apparently a known issue at this location. We will be visiting another location in the future.

I get the lunch rush happens but we preordered our food but when we picked up our food they were super unfriendly and just making sandwiches not giving us the time of day. Plus one of our sandwiches were wrong

EVERYTIME THE DRIVER WITH THE GUY DRIVER WITH THE BLONDE HAIR HE STEALS PETTY DOLLARS OFF OF MY CARD AT THE END OF THE DAY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. He just hung up on me because i told him he overdrafted my card for a petty dollar INSTEAD OF TEXTING OR CALKING WHEN HE’S IN FRONT WITH MY ORDER FOR A CASH TIP. Instead he leaves my food in customer service and charges my card when he pleases when I just called he hung up on me I tried calling back and he’s answering and hanging up VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WILL NEVER TIP AGAIN.

I am struggling right now. I order from this location A LOT.
My last 4 orders have been weirdly off - nothing overly big but just little points of service or quality that keep showing themselves. I understand it is first world problem.
•At some point they started adding so much ice that my soda is completely watered down by the time I get it, and I don’t drink it fast, so I end up drinking watered down syrup or throwing it away, no straw, no napkins - it now makes more sense to just go down to vending machine. Last week I ordered an unwich and it was a single leaf of lettuce, it was basically a meat roll. Today all of the things with the drink, the straw, the napkins - I even made sure again that the napkin but was toggle and added - no ice to my name and the delivery instructions and then the pickle was weird with a super rubbery (almost dried out skin that was re hydrated).
I talk to the driver and he is always helpful and I end up settling that it is a one off.. I just think that at this point it is becoming the norm.
When they are on they are on but when they are off it feels way too far off. This is my call to action - please find consistency I love having a jimmy John’s near me.
Would give zero stars if possible. The workers were very rude and there was hair and lint on the bottom of my unwitch as if it had been dropped on the ground or something. Very gross, I’ll just go to the Baptist church location next time.
