Arrived at 1:45pm today (Sunday) for lunch. I pulled into the drive-thru and a young woman’s voice said “Sorry, we’re out of bread.” If a sandwich shop is out of bread, why are they paying the workers inside to sit around on the clock rather than close down? It makes me wonder if they just didn’t want to work since they were closing down in an hour… Hope the manager is aware…

Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not go here. I placed an order online for a party order. When I realized it was placed for the wrong date I immediately tried to get in touch with the store to adjust the order. I could not get in touch with them and had to go to corporate for them to attempt to cancel. It has been 3months and 10+ calls and the owner of the store still has not credited me back. I will be filling disputes with the organization, credit card company and anywhere else I can.

I usually enjoy going to this location as they ate fast and make a good sandwich. However this trip was not good when I got to the office and went to eat my sandwich I found my $9 plus sandwich had little to no tuna on it. I have had this sandwich multiple times and have never had this happen. Since I was at work I was not able to return to get it fixed. I will give them another try but will be watching ro make sure they make the sandwich correct.

Ordered a sandwich, took it back because it turned out not to be what I expected, asked for something different. Was told that if I wanted a different sandwich I would need to buy another, that was the policy. I disagreed with that policy. Very rude group, ended up YELLING at me that if it was out of my pocket I would get it and I needed to learn how order. Be aware, no customer service at that location. You may want to pick another location!

Brutal customer service by the two young women working the register and counter during lunch. Didn't even get my single sandwich order correct. The women working the cash register.. smile. I hope your life isn't all that bad. Customer service rating would be a zero. For the sandwich; old lettuce and tomato. Made with zero effort. Im guessing this place will be gone if you continue with the current employment team. As a business owner I realize you don't pay the workers anything over 15 bucks an hour. You get what you pay for I suppose. Wont be back.

Not sure of the girls name(believe she is a manager) but without her I’m not sure the place would run efficiently as it does. She is always doing multiple things and making sure customers are taken care of. Along with ALWAYS being there to run the show…sometimes by herself. Kudos to you for getting the job done evening when it’s overwhelming.

I went to the drive thru on Tuesday sat at order speaker for about 5 minutes. No one came. I drove up to the pick up window. There was a mess all over the counter lights were on not one person to be seen.

I never had a problem at any Jimmy John's until this location. More than once. It is almost impossible to make a bad veggie sandwich, but they can. This one needs improvement.

Came and spent54.74 for a work lunch got back to the shop and was missing two sandwiches. Left what I had so people could eat lunch and went back. I had to rebuy my food because they would not refund me because I didn’t have food in hand. I would have wasted my time over $20 but they lost my business. We usually go once a week to feed our shop.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! Horrendous experience. Waited for an hour for delivery and after receiving no updates, i ended up going to the store myself. Manager was totally unsympathetic and said “we only have one driver”. My sandwich was just sitting on the counter. I got my food and asked for them to refund my delivery fee and tip and she said she didn’t need to see my order number and that she would take care of it. Well stupid me, I trusted her. Now it’s 2 weeks later and surprise, the charge is still there. And of course the store doesn’t answer their phones ever. I’ve reached out to corporate and haven’t heard a thing.

As much as I love Jimmy Johns, I really can no longer continue to support this location. I ordered delivery from here 1/2 dozen times or so, and on average, I would say it takes an hour and 15 minutes for my food to arrive. While annoying, considering they brand themselves as "freaky fast," I would be fine with it if they had a better tracking system. Staffing is difficult right now so I have thus far given them the benefit of the doubt.My office is a bit difficult to get to, so in an effort to make the delivery driver's job easier, I always go out front. Problem is that after my order is "out for deliver," according to their tracker, it typically takes 45 minutes or more for it to arrive. How it can possibly take 45 minutes to get here, regardless of how many simultaneous orders they deliver, is beyond me. Never again. If i wanted to sit outside my office for 45 minutes I'd just go pick it up instead.
