Went in for lunch with my family, ordered for dine in, then sat down. Waited 17 minutes for food that was never given. Asked about food and caught attitude. Never again. Jimmy Johns is dead to me. RIP

My wife and I routinely eat at Jimmy John's on Baptist Church road prior to seeing a movie at Ronnie's theater. Most times it's a pleasant and tasty experience . Today we were especially impressed by the excellent customer service from our order taker Brittany. She is an asset to JJ and as a frequent customer we really appreciate her professionalism, good humor and courteous demeanor. It reflects well on JJ.

I just had the absolute worst experience with this location!!!!! I have been a loyal Jimmy Johns customer for several years and even when I travel for business order it because I know what to expect. The locations phone was off the hook (busy) for almost 45 minutes. So I went online and ordered. The charge went through to my bank but an error came up and said that unable to deliver. I have had deliveries several times from this location. I finally got through on the phone to the location and the very rude Manager?? said to watch my transaction to see if it was reversed. I asked about my food and she she asked if I wanted my food. I did but apparently it was too much or too difficult for her. Last time I checked food service is a customer service based industry. There was zero here today. I will be sure to tell everyone that I know far wide how rude this Manger??? was. She is the one that needs to be managed. I would rather not eat or go to anywhere else than have to deal with someone like this.

The lady at the counter was so rude ..we was trying to get a side of pickles an lettuce was gonna be charged 9.00 when I question the dollar amount for a single side of each she stated did u just think I would give it to u free..

This location sent a driver they said was not THEIR driver… and they didn’t knock or ring when dropping off the food. When I tried to correct, they hung up on me.
