Placed an order for a sandwich and bag of chips. Was delivered with no chips. I called to request chips and they said they wouldn't send just chips out. Offered me store credit which I did not want. So they basically stole money from me. Steer clear from this place.

Bad crew. They messed up an order earlier than mine. I thought I ordered online I'm good. No, messed up mine as well. Then would not talk to me when I came to pick up the right order. ? Blamed the first order for being to upset, the workers were distracted. However, just screwed up another order. Two wrongs don't make a right.

I m a uber eats delivery driver and I stopped by to pick up the order for my customer. The food was ready but the lady told me to fill up the drinks for my customer. I told her that is not my job and I m not employed by them , she have to have the order ready for pickup. She refused and called the manager. He comes out unhappy and told me to leave the store when I was making a phone call to the customer to let them know what is going on. We all have jobs to do , if you’re not doing yours correctly , manager and all of your employees its time for a career change for all of you. For all delivery drivers avoid this place because you will loose time and money coming in there. The store is on Lemay Ferry inside the Mehltowne plaza.
They never get your order right. If I pay my hard earned money to contribute for you to be able to pay your employees and your bills, focus on getting the order right. For the manager/owner just say “oh we can put it in the cup”. No sir, compensate me on my time and effort for having to come back to your establishment so my sandwich can be to my liking.

The are always good until today. Walk in order my food than the guy told me sorry we are out of Lettuce. I told them we'll never mind than I don't want it anymore so he say oh wait I can cut it up for you. Got the food the lettuce taste like it was not wash and he didn't cut it up like it was supposed to be. If you that lazy than should just say nothing the lettuce.

I had placed an order online waited 40 minutes for it to be delivered. It was not delivered and I had tried to call and they picked up told me to call in 10 minutes then hung up.
