Employees never seem to do instructions correctly as if they cannot read or listen. Either they don't read the instructions or don't listen & don't ring it up correctly. I should get the service and food that I've paid for.

When you spend over $2 to add bacon which is already a little pricey and then don’t recieve the bacon you ordered is a little frustrating.
Update: did reach out and offered and apology with reward so I do appreciate the effort there- so updating to higher review! The wrap I got last time with my reward was made quickly and correctly and was delicious! Thanks!

I tried the toasted Italian club and it was delicious! Very friendly girls working and explained there was more ham and bacon on it . You definitely need to try it.

Placed an order for a sandwich and bag of chips. Was delivered with no chips. I called to request chips and they said they wouldn't send just chips out. Offered me store credit which I did not want. So they basically stole money from me. Steer clear from this place.
OK Jimmy Johns Chicken Ceasar wrap is....... ....WOW ..... idk if it's the maker who made for me but she knows what she Is doing back there with your order man they are good ... thank you Jimmy John's on 61]67 right before the signal light that takes you to Sam's warehouse and the so.county courts building where the cinema use to be
Vegetarian options: It's a sandwich shop ...I didn't say they have a vegetarian menu I didn't even say I am a vegetarian..the question is about topics ... and since vegetarian is a topic it's a sandwich shop with veggies go in tell the sandwich genius who makes my wrap [YUMM] it is.. let her know what veggies you would like and it will be made by the artist putting it together thank you J.J.

Bad crew. They messed up an order earlier than mine. I thought I ordered online I'm good. No, messed up mine as well. Then would not talk to me when I came to pick up the right order. ? Blamed the first order for being to upset, the workers were distracted. However, just screwed up another order. Two wrongs don't make a right.

I m a uber eats delivery driver and I stopped by to pick up the order for my customer. The food was ready but the lady told me to fill up the drinks for my customer. I told her that is not my job and I m not employed by them , she have to have the order ready for pickup. She refused and called the manager. He comes out unhappy and told me to leave the store when I was making a phone call to the customer to let them know what is going on. We all have jobs to do , if you’re not doing yours correctly , manager and all of your employees its time for a career change for all of you. For all delivery drivers avoid this place because you will loose time and money coming in there. The store is on Lemay Ferry inside the Mehltowne plaza.
