Read the fine print. No where on the menu does it says "Mayo" on the sandwich but they slap it on there anyway

The people were so nice and conversational. Food is always delicious at Jimmy John’s especially their bread and mayo.

Parking: Parking was right in front of door and they have 2 sets of doors so easy access and no traffic to have to deal with.

Ordered the pickle sandwich, pickle chips, and a whole pickle online. When I picked up I was greeted by workers who were able to lead me to my order! Once in my car I opened the bag to see that the chips were not inside. Went back into the store to an apologizing and helpful staff. Picklewich is good, very VERY messy since the juices were wrapped inside the paper, which when opened, leaks out everywhere. Chips and whole pickle are a must!!!!

We ordered both versions of the new picklewich. They are a pickle lovers dream sandwich. Both sandwiches are good and they use the good pickles. They are smaller than expected. Our favorite was the Vito. Basically, it's like an inside-out pickle roll-up.

I placed an order on 8/9/24 around 8pm. My card each charged and I began to track the order, after nearly a half hour of the app just saying order received, I decided to call and cancel.

The person who answered the phone simply said “hello” not, thanks for calling JJ or how may I help..

I told them I wanted to cancel and they claimed they didn’t have a driver, and they weren’t going to be delivering my food anyway.However they didn’t mind charging my card, or even giving a simple phone call and saying they don’t have a driver, they just told me it was my fault for using the app.

I’m hoping my card gets refunded, this place is very unreliable and unprofessional, its border line stealing. Shame on Jimmy John’s.

Ok this review shouldn't be for this restaurant, but for the app instead. I have to apologize about this, because I assumed the app got it right and the store got it wrong, but no, somehow the app DID NOT save my customizations. I went through and did as I said, customizing my sandwich, and I even remember seeing my changes in my cart, but the submitted order does not have my changes in my order history. I'll be submitting feedback for the app after this.So again, I'm sorry to the store and the employees here. You all did great and exactly as you were supposed to! Great job!Original review left intact:Literally didn't look at the notes in my order at all. I ordered no tomato, no mayo, added jalapenos, added ranchWhat did I get? Straight up sandwich. No modifications at all. Didn't even glance at the order outside of the name of the sandwich. C'mon. It's why I ordered through the app.

What in the world is this jimmy johns ? i’ve been a loyal customer for years but lately each time i go the sandwhich crafting has gotten sloppier and sloppier. for an $11 sandwhich i expect more than this.

Didn’t even get the opportunity to have food delivered to me because they couldn’t deliver to me since I was past the cut off.This store is 1.8 miles from my home, I then called another location which was 2 miles from my home and was told they can’t deliver to me either, so guess what you lost my business, absolutely ridiculous
