Called to order a catering box and clarified the order multiple times. We were told the order would be around $100. The food took over an hour to be delivered. They gave us 30 full sized sandwiches in addition to the catering box and charged us $280.

I’ve always been a fan of Jimmy John's for their quick service, but unfortunately, my recent experience was far from pleasant. First off, the staff is very rude and unwelcoming. As I placed my order Sensi was rolling her eyes. I forgot to mention adding a sauce to my wrap, as I went back to the counter to do so she turned to another employee rolled her eyes again as if I was being annoying. Secondly, my order was incorrect I'm sure due to the attitude I was given that the comprehension was not there.
I’ve had better experiences at other locations, so I’m not sure what went wrong at this one, but I expected much more. Quality control definitely needs some work. It's disappointing because I had higher hopes for a quick and satisfying meal, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.
I hope the management can look into this and ensure a better experience for future customers as they have lost one.

One of the employees belly was showing and that didn’t sit right with me. Their belly was on the counter top where they were making the bread. Not a good look and def killed my appetite

I order from here for lunch from time to time. On multiple occasions my food has been wrong as well as waiting over an hour multiple times. I went into eat ont time and had a long black hair in my sandwich. Poor customer services and management.
Do yourself a favor and order from Pickleman's instead.

I waited in the drive thru line for a few minutes as I watched the young lady at the window to see if she was going to take my order( which she did not so I went inside). The cashier looked like she was scared to approach the register to take orders. There was only one lady working making orders while another lady was just standing behind the counter doing nothing. I was not given a bag with my food. The lady just yelled “ma’am here is your order” from across the room ( which I had to go and get it myself) Overall, the service was a bit ghetto but the wrap was great!!!! It did taste like it was made with her heart and soul. I would recommend this place for the food, not so much the service.

After a long ambulance transfer was hoping to get some jimmy johns but they locked the door even though it said they were still open :/
