Placed an order on 3/25/24 at 12:40..... never received it. Called the store to get a refund. And she hunf up on me. Called cooperate and they haven't returned my call either. Will never order from JJ again since thats the type of business they are. Ill be contacting my bank to dispute the charges

Would never recommend. Ordered through Doordash, waited over 30 minutes before calling to check on my order and the girl who answered told me my order never came through. Another girl (very rude), picked up after the first put me on hold and gave me nothing but attitude and told me she didnt know what I was calling for. Told me my order was out for delivery, but still have not received anything. Almost certain they just told me whatever to get me off the phone. Would not recommend.

I've ordered from this location often over the last four years, I AM DONE. Today my order was delivered, however, it was incorrect. I called the store to state this, and without asking for my name or order number I was asked "it was a wrap right?' When I shared what I ordered and what I received I was told a replacement would be sent. The driver (not JJ's) told me he needed the previous sandwich for proof. I told him I had thrown the incorrect order away (no one ever requests the incorrect food back). He told me sometimes people lie and give the food to their buddies. I told him I didn't want the replacement because I was being accused of being a liar. He asked if I could retrieve the previous order from the trash. True rating is 0 stars.

Called this evening to inquire about purchasing Bread. The worker response was very dismissive and the answer I got was “yeah” i replied with “yeah” okay ma’am how much are the 9inch bread loafs? She pause with silence… I had to say hello twice before she told me to hold on for price. This is sad people don’t even like to give simple answers when calling for service but that’s not surprising the service at this location is poorly operated. I decided to reroute to a different location.

Got a #7 and the sandwich didn’t have any spicy peppers. Horribly put together, everything is falling out. And the workers are condescending and rude. There’s plenty of JJ’s go to a different one.

I have never had a bad experience at Jimmy John's until the other day! For the sake of time the staff here wasn't pleasant, more on the side of rude and only when I asked to cancel my order did the young lady!If you love Jimmy John's. Please do yourself a favor and travel to another location to save yourself the hassle of being upset about poor service.

The workers at this location are lazy and don’t wanna help you. I had the lady at the drive through cut me off when I gave her my order and not let me order more than one sandwich. I would drive whatever distance it is to avoid this jimmy johns!

the two…women…working the drive thru are rude as hell and have terrible customer service.. how you rushing somebody when they’re ordering when it’s your job to MAKE SANDWICHES ??.. if you don’t wanna be a SANDWICH MAKER, find you a different occupation.. simple.. nobody FORCED you to be a SANDWICH MAKER.. now, next time put napkins in the bag AND give me my receipt.

The workers at this location are so rude. My girlfriend and I went on Friday night to get some food for my family. We ordered online and pulled straight up to the window when we got there. We waited for 10 minutes and the worker finally opened the window and told us he wouldn’t help us. He wanted us to pull back around and tell the speaker first even though we were at the window and told him what we were there for. (Keep in mind that no one was in line for the drive through and it was around midnight.) After the worker argued with us for a few minutes, we pulled back around to the speaker. No one came on for 5 minutes and when they finally got on, they just told us to pull up to the window. Bottom line is they just wanted to be rude for no reason. Will not be coming to this location again.
