We frequent this location often. We always have small issues like our sandwiches never being cut in half even though when placing the online order this is requested, as well as napkins and they are normally never in the bag. Online, sweet tea is an option, but they don't actually have sweet tea. This time we had napkins, but my husband's sandwich wasn't cut in half. The bigger issue is as we finished eating, and while we were just sitting there a roach crawled out of the kitchen area. My husband stepped on it and we noticed a 2nd dead roach on the floor near our table. There's no way staff isn't aware of the roach issue. I'm not sure how the store is still open and serving food with roaches running wild throughout the building. I do have pictures if anyone is interested in reaching out to me.

Understaffed, not clean, and generally unprofessional. No hairnets, no uniform, food ok if you trust it. This Jimmy John's was perfectly fine a year ago, gone downhill.

I am writing this review after never placing an order but just leaving out on Tuesday March 3rd at 8:45pm as I literally just walked into the door after searching that they were open til 10 pm. Literally, I just walked in the door, the door wasn't locked, no greeting, the first words from the young short girl with the glasses was "We are closed" I said Huh???? Then why does the website say you all are open til 10. Matter of fact, even better than that, if y'all are closed, why isn't the doors locked? Why am I able to open the door and walk in as customer, just for you to tell me you all are closed. Smh. These businesses got to do better. If you closed. Why can I enter? Why website says 10? OPEN NOW

Called 15 min after I placed the order because the email confirmation said expected delivery date was tomorrow. After someone finally picked up the phone they simply said “your drive just left.” No hello or anything. Tried to confirm that she was talking about my order and she said yea you’re ticket 49 then hung up. 30 min later I get notified that my driver is on they’re way to the store (clearly wasn’t on the way 45 min ago), then 30 min after that I finally get my order. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

Literally the worst location and I just need to stop ordering from here. How it is that I placed an order at 11:30 am. It’s now 1:30 and I don’t have my food. I called the store and was told they would be here soon. I didn’t place a big order or something super complicated. I ordered one damn sandwich and some chips… 2 hours for some chips and a damn sandwich. This is beyond insane. I called myself placing the order ahead of time just to give myself enough on my lunch. LOL. I MISSED MY ENTIRE LUNCH WITH NO FOOD. Worst location ever. Yall will never get my money again.

The food was excellent with really awesome service and atmosphere. Don't get me wrong. I Just really hate how this poor employee is being treated at her job. She's being forced to work alone without any kind of help during her shift which puts all the pressures on her. The managers need to do better with this. This is not fair for anyone to go through and I've got a really great feeling that this treatment is highly illegal. This needs to change ASAP!! 🤬

Ordered a turkey Tom with cheese. There was no turkey or cheese. Not to mention all of the veggies were wrong. I would have gone back to have corrected, but I was already on the fence about eating it because the person’s hands looked like they had not been washed in weeks. I usually love JJs, but I will not go back to this location again.

Very poor delivery experience. Drivers either can't find the building or management is pressuring them not to stop the car in the parking lot to actually call who they're delivering for. Looping around on a busy street and complaining you can't see me, when we're have an open lot, is ridiculous. Especially when I tipped atop the gratuity. Won't be ordering online again.

I placed an order online and got to the store only to find it empty. No food was covered and looked old. Personal jugs and keys were on the same table as the food. Then someone walks in from OUTSIDE with shorts on and AirPods and proceeds to make sandwiches without washing his hands. I asked for a refund immediately. Eat there at your own risk. The whole staff needs to be cut just disgusting !!

Food was great and service was great. I came in close to closing time and still got great food. I’m not sure why this place is rated so low, Jimmy John’s is the best. Owner needs to step up and fix their store.

I’m certainly not the one to ever put a business “out there” but I want to help anyone avoid the same experience that I had with the Euclid JJ store and feel it’s necessary in order for change to happen. Ordered lunch for delivery and my driver (James S) said he was at my location. Went downstairs and nothing. No food. No driver. No texts/calls. Tried calling and texting driver several times and received no answer. Called the store to find out what happened & man at the store told me he’d get back to me on what happened with my order and never did. Not asking for much. If something happens, please notify your customers with a response. That’s all it takes!
