AVOID THIS LOCATION. The worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Placed an online order so that I could save time. Not only did they not make my order, when they finally decided to make it, they only made half of it. I had to walk up to them again to show the order on my phone to let them know that the other half was missing. They appeared unhappy/rude about the whole situation. Absolutely unprofessional people!Update: They also didn't make the order right. My sandwiches were missing items ?

I placed an order here for pick up. Service was pretty quick, and they got my order right to a T. Very clean inside, and the staff were very nice. I think they have new management.

This place sucks. Overcharged me and then when I called to have it fixed she told me I had to come back in to pay more??? I was so baffled, explained to her what needed to be taken off the check and she again told me I had to come back in and re pay. I hung up. They were rude and rolled their eyes when I asked for mayo packets and told me they don't do that. When I asked for extra mayo they said they don't do that either. Like what. Terrible

I ordered at this St louis, MO location and was insulted for asking for condiment packets! I ordered my food, 2 sandwiches & 2 cookies for my kids, and asked they be cut in half each (so they could be eaten more easily while driving), and I was told yes. They were asked for extra mayo and they again said yes. We go to pay and the credit card is snatched fast, strong, and rudely out of my hands (actually cut the side of my finger), not just taken nicely. I asked if I could get a few mayo packets too and then the woman making the sandwich behind the woman taking my payment stops what she is doing, glares at me while striking a pose in response to that & stayed like that glaring for about 20 seconds. She then slaps the counter with a spatula in protest of that request and proceeds to trash talk me and customers in general complaining we suck and are never satisfied a**holes! The woman that just took my card is giving it back and said yes I can have some mayo if I like, BUT then actually starts agreeing with her co-worker saying how their customers suck and nodding in agreement! I am a customer and I am right there! If it weren't for their customers they would not have a job so I don't know why they went out of their way to be so insulting. We did not insult them. I would have complained to a manager but they were the only ones there. I paid $38 for 2 sandwiches (not cut in half or made as requested with extra mayo) & 2 cookies, and apparently to be insulted to my face in from of my little kids by 2 workers there. I am not happy wither that my young kids also got an earful of attitude and language they should not have, nor do they understand why mom got treated like that just because she asked for a few packets for their food.

It’s my second time bought sandwiches here. Their French bread is the best! It won’t get too soft if you put it for a while, still crunchy! Also, the people are nice and it’s fast (not many ppl in the store I guess it’s ‘cause so many bad reviews)

Near the end of my shift I ordered an unwich that was soggy and leaking through the wrapper by the time I got home. I work in the area so brought it to the managers attention the next day when I returned to work. I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted a remake. The manager was super rude and not flexible at all. Saying it was nothing she could do about since I didn’t bring it up the same day. Don’t waste your time

The store is very clean! The female manager is always working and always helping the staff. You come in place and order and it's typically done within a few moments. I've never waited more then five minutes even with them being busy. I order a lettuce turkey tom and pickle. If you're low carb highly recommend.

A delivery driver in the CWE parked her car in the middle of the street and traffic was blocked for some time. When she finally came out and got to her car, I honked to let her know that wasn't cool. She flipped me the bird as she drove off. If that's the type of person JJ hires, then I'm not interested in giving them my business.
