Was very disappointed the last two times I ate here.
Both times the service was fine but the sandwiches were sloppily put together and was missing half of the ingredients, definitely not worth the almost $10 they charge for one sub.

Sandwich is always wrong (no bacon, custom toppings missing) and forget sides or drinks every single delivery.
Since they started using Door Dash for delivery service is horrific. I order once a week from this location and the past three times, my order was delivered to a different building and I am a teacher, my lunch time is limited.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich from Jimmy John's last night, and instead of a delicious meal, I got a bitter bite of food poisoning. My day’s menu was just my usual protein shakes, so I know the sandwich was the culprit. When I tried to spread the concern to the manager, hoping he’d check the food for the sake of other customers, he slathered me with rudeness and only offered to refund me—no dipping into the real issue. He said the roast beef is sliced fresh daily, trying to mustard up an excuse, but that just didn’t add up. I stayed cool and respectful, but the manager served up nothing but cold, uncaring vibes. He tossed the responsibility my way, telling me to fill out the survey on my receipt, which I’ll be sure to do. I even offered to circle back after a clinic visit to confirm the food poisoning, but he closed the door on that. With the sandwich being the only thing I ate all day, you'd think he’d want to protect other folks from a nasty bite too—but nope, just a sour taste all around.

I usually order to be delivered, every once in a while they forget to cut my sandwich in half or add onion. I don’t care because I’m not charged extra for either. Everyone in the store and the people who deliver are helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that the drive thru speaker is really hard to hear.

Got sent the wrong sandwich. Called. Corrected. The correct sandwich had minimal meat.

This guy hit me with a Subway and it hurts so much the tomatoes smudged all over my face. The sauce was so bad I hated it.

I ordered delivery. The tracker said it was delivered but it never came so I called the store and explained this and asked why it said delivered but it wasn't? No explanation and said to wait 15 more minutes and call back if it never came. My son finally found it sitting on the ground in front of a neighbor's house. And they charged me for a pickle and didn't send it. Additionally it's the first sandwich I've ever gotten from them that was awful.

Have gone here multiple times. The service is just absolutely awful. They have terrible delivery drivers who can’t seem to get it right. I really do love the sandwiches so it’s such a unfortunate situation to have one so close to me and it be this terrible. Will not be returning

Do not recommend going here. They overcharge you so they can pocket the extra money then when you call them out on it they pull GUNS on you!
