I ordered delivery. The tracker said it was delivered but it never came so I called the store and explained this and asked why it said delivered but it wasn't? No explanation and said to wait 15 more minutes and call back if it never came. My son finally found it sitting on the ground in front of a neighbor's house. And they charged me for a pickle and didn't send it. Additionally it's the first sandwich I've ever gotten from them that was awful.

Have gone here multiple times. The service is just absolutely awful. They have terrible delivery drivers who can’t seem to get it right. I really do love the sandwiches so it’s such a unfortunate situation to have one so close to me and it be this terrible. Will not be returning

I have always loved Jimmy John’s. I stopped going to this location because two times my order arrived to my home and the delivery driver had smoked and my food smelled like cigarettes. This purchase was made through the drive thru and has been more than disappointing. This is the Vito. It barely has anything on it. They also didn’t add the additional items that I had asked and I got home to see this. I called the store and they didn’t seem to care. I called customer service and sent a photo to them and the agent told me that it looks like a properly portioned sandwich. When I told her that I wanted to be compensated with either a refund or a delivery with a new properly made sandwich - she hung up on me. I will not be coming to this location again - far too many issues and when looking at other reviews - it seems this is a problem.

I work at a hospital, and I put instructions for them to call or text me when the order was here, but they did not, they simply dropped the sandwich on a random table in the lobby and told no one. I would have never known it arrived if I had not been hunting for it. When I spoke to a manager, they basically said it was my fault...I guess I should have sat in the lobby for a half hour waiting for it to arrive, since it's not their "practice" to advise anyone when a delivery has been made. I will not order from here again.

The one guy there was working his butt off. But it was just one guy working online orders, drive through, and walk ins. Terrible job by management. Hire another person or be closed. No one wants to wait 45 minutes for a carryout sandwich.
I didn’t expect my sandwich to be picked up 40 mins before selected delivery time because they called a BIKE Uber to Uber my food. So yeah, definitely freaky and but definitely not fast. I guess a soggy sandwich is what I’m having today for lunch.

I don't know why I still come here. Worst Jimmy John's ever. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get a single sandwich. What happened to subs so fast you'll freak? I've been here three times now and every time there has been excessive wait times .
