Waited over an hour for delivery with no tracking in available. Called in an hour and 15 minutes for a status check to be told my order was ready but hadn't left the store. Evidently due to a staffing issue. I get it, but this points to a bigger management issue. If 75% of your delivery staff doesn't show, there's a reason for that. Why not turn off delivery at that point? Let alone making a sandwich that is just going to get soggy and take 2 hours to arrive.

Don’t frequently order from here due to the order being correct about 20% of the time. Customization of the order is non existent. I’ve wasted $$$$ on add-ons that are never made. Picture is extra meat. One slice of turkey and a couple slices of bacon.

The management from higher ups is so terrible that they lost business and had to shut down one of their stores because they have no clue how to manage things and treat their employees right. Coming from an ex manager who they wanted to call a keyboard warrior for going off on them when they were wrong. I'm surprised this chain of jimmyjohns still even has ones opened but I'm glad to see them slowly closing. Get better sandwiches from somewhere like subway or the post.
