came through the drive thru here. the man that was helping me was very rude and attitudey. asked for pepper on my sandwich and received hot peppers. did not read back my order to confirm if it was right or not and would not remake my sandwich. not coming here again. my friends sandwich was good though. Fenton location is much better.

Absolutely amazing service. I couldn't believe that I ordered my food and within seconds my number 9 was being handed to me before I could even have my drink filled. Absolutely blown away. Thomas has those hands of lightning and the goal in mind. Good show

This restaurant doesn't stays open til 9PM. Everytime I pull into their Drive-Thru from 8:30pm-9:00pm. They're not answering their Drive-Thru Intercom. This has happened 4 times. I pull up to the Window, I see nobody. Apparantly, JJ's Affton, doesn't want business after 8:30pm.

Placed order at drive up window. Team member was nice when ordering. Got to the window and didn’t ask for my Jimmy rewards on the $30 I spent. Most importantly the bread on my sandwich was overcooked and very hard. I’m certain that it was over baked and instead of discarding someone decided to give to customers which is not ok.

Ordered lunch and picked it up. My order was ready and correct by the time I got there. I ordered the firecracker wrap and it was made well. They had my cup in the bag to self serve so my drink wouldn't be watered down, I appreciate that. Greeted when I walked in and they told me to have a good day when I left.
I get Jimmy John's all time when I be at work and have no problem I was in Afton so I decided to get a sandwich why I was at my friend house worst experience ever the sandwich was soggy and put a lot of vinegar and oil just nasty I will stick to the one on chippewa in the city and it took 40 minutes to get it delivered and usually at my job it take about 15 mins just not a good experience would gave it no star but my daughter sandwich was ok at butshe get nothing but meat and cheese on hers I just thrown it away waste of money

I ordered Jimmy Jonathan's through the app. Delivery was quick, and the driver was very professional and nice. The sammich is absolutely delicious! First time trying the roast beef, and I'd say it's my new favorite!
