Ordered online. This is my 3rd time ever having jimmy johns and the first 2 were fantastic. This one not so much. First off I get to the store and had to sit and wait for 10 mins, didnt see anyone in the store. I called no answer, would've gone in but I didnt wear shoes because I selection curbside. The gentleman that comes out reeks of weed, didnt know what was happening, then argued that I didnt have any drinks even thought they were cleared stated on the ticket and my online order. Got home after dealing with the fiasco. My wife opens her sandwich to find 2 slices of bacon and 3 slices of pepperoni and her cheese and quite literally a whole sliced onion. This location needs better management especially night management. Wasn't worth spending $14.25 for my wifes meal.

They don’t offer the choices on any sandwiches , don’t ask for sides , preferences etc. please get this out of Affton if they don’t have workers that will keep the company standard.

They did not greet me when I arrived and the place was empty. I normally go to the shelf where they place to go orders. It was empty so I figure they are still making it. I wait 15 minutes until someone greeted me and it turns out the food had already been done for awhile. Manager says “next time say something” How about you do your job and put the to go orders where they go.

Jaden took very good care of me. Fantastic personality. Fantastic service. A lot of Jimmy John’s are not freaky fast anymore like they originally advertised. But, this one still is. They have not let the burden of online orders interfere with the people that still come to the store and order in person.

Hadn’t been to Jimmy John’s in awhile. This particular location was a bad choice. Sandwich was sub par and my giant size sandwich wasn’t even cut. I asked them to cut it and they said they couldn’t due to “sanitary” reasons. What????

Bad experience, came through drive through like always on a Tuesday night. Very ride manager working said he was filling in very scary! That he is assistant manager if that's true? He was creepy and scared me when I asked for his name he said he doesn't give that to strangers.he said he couldn't approve the extra side of tukry I wanted to buy? I called JJs to report it and they just blew me off woth an email and then no response. I won't be coming here again!

came through the drive thru here. the man that was helping me was very rude and attitudey. asked for pepper on my sandwich and received hot peppers. did not read back my order to confirm if it was right or not and would not remake my sandwich. not coming here again. my friends sandwich was good though. Fenton location is much better.

Absolutely amazing service. I couldn't believe that I ordered my food and within seconds my number 9 was being handed to me before I could even have my drink filled. Absolutely blown away. Thomas has those hands of lightning and the goal in mind. Good show
