Usually whenever I call up here, the store manager, Jeremy, takes my order. He's always super friendly and will always ask if I want my usual extra peppers on my ultimate porker sandwich! I swear this guy never has a bad day! I love this location and I've enjoyed using them the last year!

This location is just plain bad. My last order took 10 minutes. This location used to have your food ready before you were done paying, just like almost every other location still does. They are working on delivery orders instead of taking care of the people standing there. When I got home to eat, the wrapper looked like a 2 year old did it. My Turkey Tom on Wheat had one piece of meat, a lot of mayo and 1/2 a slice of tomato and a dash of lettuce. I could have eaten the leftovers in the fridge and save $1200. I got a Coke out of the refrigerator and it was warm. Every time I go here I swear it is my last. Maybe they should open another sandwich station. Maybe this review will spark a reaction from Jimmy.

I stopped by here after I had some surgery done, mainly because I didn’t feel well enough to go to my Jimmy John’s in Florissant.. So knowing the menu, I ordered my Full size Gargantuan with some of their Jalapeño Dressing on the sandwich Togo... The manager on duty was teaching a new employee and I wasn’t in a hurry, so I didn’t mind.. So, with all that said the MOD, Travis did Me up with my sandwich and once I got it home, it was soo delicious I didn’t even notice that the Novicane wore off.. But for those who are near them, stop by and get a Gargantuan with some Jalapeño Dressing, you’ll thank me for the recommendation.. ☮️👍🏼

I have never been to a Jimmy John’s with employees visibly moving as slow as possible. No one had any kind of sense of urgency. And to top it all off my food was wrong, the person offered to remake it, but I was already late from waiting, but he could have apologized. Instead he complained about the customer ahead of me, who was visually impaired and needed a little assistance, which he was rude towards, as well.

This place is literally always closed no matter what time I try to come. They closed early today and left someone’s sandwich outside for them to come pick up. That’s literally disgusting and sick. Either update your hours or hire some staff that won’t close the place early every day.

Ordered a sandwich to be ready when I got there and it was but it was missing the drink and side. Was given both after I inquired about it. Sandwich on the receipt was listed as customized with my customization options but the sandwich was not at all customized. The bread was also harder than it usually is and nothing tasted as fresh as I'm used to.I eat at Jimmy John's a lot but this is my first time at this location in decades. I should have listened to all the recent reviews that are 1 or 2 stars. The sandwich was substandard for even Subway and had it been my first sandwich I ever had from Jimmy John's then I doubt I would be back. Luckily, for JJ I'm a long time customer and I'll be back but not to this location.Edit: Jimmy John's gave me a website to "report" my issue and it was sending me to some Russian site with tons of pop-ups. I'm sure their bit.ly site was hacked but still a negative. Changed my 2 star to 1.

Recent Review: 11/13/2023Got completely scammed. Do not go here.I ordered a "Totally Tuna" and I would hate to see what they would have made me for the partially tuna if they had one. Got a single scoop on my sandwich and called them to sort out the misunderstanding. They said that to give me a refund, they had to get the manager in touch who was out of the store.So basically, I paid $9, after taxes for a scoop of tuna and chewy bread.Long story short, don't waste your time here. Olive has many other good delis and sandwich places to choose from. Only reason it gets 2 stars instead of one is because the employees were friendly.

I love jimmy John's but this location did a horrible job.I ordered a Turkey Tom with extra peppers. The bread was hard- barely had any Turkey on it, folded on the weirdest most un even way- and there were pieces of onion randomly in the sandwich.Again, jimmy John's is great just not this location

Quick meal because I had a gift card. Had to navigate to get there. I would have no idea how to get back, even if I wanted to.
The workers were not that friendly and they got my order completely wrong. $8 of my money wasted because the sandwich they gave me I could not eat due to a food allergy. Thanks
