I work nights and my fiancé gets home late. It was a little after 8pm when we were trying to decide what to eat for dinner. JBB closes at 9 and I called to ask if they were still taking orders and they were SO nice even though we were ordering late. They said it would be ready in 5 minutes and it was ready as soon as I pulled up. Our burgers were amazing. We built our own and even without crazy toppings they were great. Seasoned well, meat was tasty, even the buns were super soft and fresh. The fries and curds were great, so was their dipping sauce. There wasn’t a single part of our order that could have been better. So happy to have them in our neighborhood. Be aware the portion sizes are big. You get more than your moneys worth here.
I loved this smash patty cheeseburger and the loaded tots with bacon and cheese tasted amazing! Although the fresh buns weren't toasted, it didn't take anything away from the burger and the one that I chose was called the Beso Del Diablo and the flavor and toppings were excellent with the spicy sauce that had a little kick to it but the hot sauce is served on the side so you can apply as much or little as needed, but I put it all on but don't mind a little sweat. The restaurant is very nondescript in its appearance and furnishings and is in a quiet part of a South St. Louis neighborhood so parking isn't much of a problem. Service was fine and didn't take long at all to get our food.

Great local burger place. Staff was available, helpful and friendly. I’m not overly social but they were engaging and interactive without me feeling pressured or rushed. One of my best experiences at a business in a while, regardless of size or corporate influence. Burger was great. I’d suggest the fries could be packaged for takeout a little better so they don’t get soggy (maybe use a package with a little airflow but that may sacrifice heat in order to retain crispiness, suggestion 451+, I know). Anyway… I’ll be back without a doubt and everyone should give these burgers a try!! This restaurant is a great reminder of why I live in south city.
