This is the cafe inside the medical school at WashU/Barnes. My only complaint is that the hours are limited and it's not always open while I'm working. It's a quiet, chill spot great for getting work done or studying. Service is fast. Food is delicious. Drinks are well made. It's also vegetarian!

Extremely slow place. There is hardly anyone in the store but takes 15 min to do a latte. The reason is they can’t control online orders. Ordered at 8:13 coffee in hand 8:31And cold coffee, too. Cause you can’t warm milk enough in 15 minutes.

Foods really good. Drinks are good. Prices not good. The staff are always great and it has a nice vibe despite being in a busy traffic area in the hospital.

As usual, amazing coffee.

Baked goods sat uncovered and I spotted a fly sitting on a scone. I pointed it to an employee that was taking my order and suggested to keep the food covered. I was appalled to see them swat the fly away, did not put a lid/dome on the food. I saw the fly come right back sitting on the food. I waited for my drink for at least 10 mins and nothing was done about it!

Looking for a place to eat and get a bit of work done in the Central West End? This is it. It has a modern mid-century vibe with a lot of tables. It definitely gets crowded after 10 am on the weekends. Go early to get a spot. I enjoyed the breakfast plate, with sweet potatoes. They also have delicious smoothies. If you are looking for a Starbucks alternative and want more food options, this is your place.

Good black bean burrito, but a bit pricey. Then again, considering where they're located, they have some what of a captive market. Not to mentionn their proximity to the CWE Metrolink station.

Relaxing music and surroundings conducive to study and quiet.

The coffee here is pretty great, which is why it sucks that I cannot in good conscious buy anything from there. I've met/dined with the ownership team a number of times and have always walked away feeling really gross about it. They're casually racist (and transphobic, and body-shaming) in a way that leads one to believe that there's a much deeper more serious racism happening just under the surface. They're also strongly opposed to being held accountable or being self-reflective. The coffee's good but no coffee is so good that one should support people like that.

This place is awesome for fresh coffee..

I love Kaldi's but this location is the S-L-O-W-E-S-T at making coffee drinks. Come here if you've got time to kill or bring work with you...

Stopped in for a coffee for a break. They also have food with vegetarian and gluten free options. It's usually busy with limited seating
