The bacon was all burnt and it wasn't edible. The employee didn't seem to feel sorry abt this and there were dishes left on the tables. The female employee was not professional at all. All I had was a brioche bun and an egg which was not worth what I paid for. Poor food quality with poor customer service.

It says on their door their bathroom is for employees and customers only so I spent $12 in there to get something to eat and they still refuse to let you use the bathroom sounds like to me they just want your money guess I should have just peed in the middle of the

We ordered a butter croissant and a chocolate brownie along with our coffee. But the bakery that Kaldi serves here is extremely poor - unfresh and hard. We did not finish our pastries, had to waste. It's sad that a bakery joint like Kaldis does not pay attention to it's bakery/pastries. Starbucks brownie and croissant are of much better quality and freshness. Never coming here again.

Nice coffee house, really cozy and great to work. The attention was nice and quick, coffee was super good and food options were really tasty. Compared to other places in the city, coffee was a little bit pricey but for the place and location is ok.

What a vibe! Always a good place to study. Coffee here is top tier. I stick with a basic latte and it always hits the spot.

So cute! So friendly! Kaldi is reliable for great coffee and good eats. Central West End window gazing is a plus this time of year too!

Bright, modern cafe with great coffee and seriously tasty breakfast sandwiches and baked goods. The mocha chip muffin is the best pastry I’ve had in a long time.

Very nice little coffee bar to grab a coffee, sit and do something like read, write, work and everything in between. I had a burrito from here that was delicious and had a delicious spicy dipping sauce. Would recommend it if you're tired of the same old Starbucks.

I have had a great experience at the Cafe. I have been twice. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. My cappuccino both times was fantastic.

I visited St. Louis for a week during the Fall and I stopped in here with my cousin for a quick pick-me-up while exploring the Central West End neighborhood. We ordered cappuccinos and I got a pumpkin loaf (I think) and it was just such a relaxing moment to enjoy away from the busy street. People were working here and having meet-ups with friends and it was a mixed aged group too. The staff was very friendly the food/drinks super fresh--it was definitely a good choice for us when we needed to recharge our batteries. Next time I'm in St. Louis I'll for sure be stopping by a Kaldi's again (hopefully this one in particular).

So excited that we have a Kaldi's in St Charles! The coffee is great and the staff are so nice. They actually took the time to suggest new coffee for me to try.
