Ordered this coffee for our employees at the shop. Abby was great and deserves a raise!!! There was a mishap with our first order at the fault of the carrier. Abby immediately fixed the issue and made sure our order was expedited!
I haven’t not visited the Roastery, but need to give Kaldi a 5 star review for their customer service. Over the years we have had a couple of mess ups in our orders, and every time they respond quickly, kindly, and with the customers best interest in mind.
I’ve always wanted to visit the Kaldi’s Roastery and do a cupping and tour, which they do on Friday afternoons. I finally was able to attend on in February 2023. It was even more fantastic than I had imagined.They have occupancy for up to 10, and it’s completely free.
