I came in lady was very helpful picking out colors for my icing for my cupcakes I was going to be making this weekend also helped me with other things because of my back was out and they were to heavy for me to carry thank you so much for the great costumer service I will be back great color selection

Buyer Beware. I attempted to return 2 nine inch cakepans, unused, sticker on the bottoms of each, with a receipt. $26.00. The store would not accept the return. When I purchased the pans, the woman who helped me knew I was hesitant with the purchase due to the cost, and the fact that I had cake pans at home that I just could not find. Had she told me that these could not be returned, I would not have spent that kind of money. Today, they told me no returns because people use the pans, wash them and try to return. Had they looked at what I was returning, they would know that the pans had not been used. Could have gone right back on the shelf to be sold. Terrible customer service. I will not return, which is a shame because I want to support local small business. I post this publicly so others do not have my experience. A simple "these are not returnable" should have been stated.

This place has really gone down hill. My mom used to bring me there when I was little to pick out supplies and the lady was so nice and loved kids. Now the workers in there are super rude and unwelcoming of moms with children. Such a disappointment and a shame. Will never go back there again.

Very nice store with helpful employees. Prices are a little high IMO, but I would rather support a small business than a larger one and they are not unreasonable. And most of the things they carry you can't really get anywhere else.

I went to this store for the first time this week. Everything was clean and well organized. The staff were all super helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the large inventory of all things baking. The cookie cutter and molding pans and mold collections were impressive!

Nice, clean shop with lots of options for cake and cookie decorating. The lady was very friendly. They did not have the items I was looking for to make a geode cake but they were very friendly and pointed me in the direction of where I could find those items.
