I went to this store for the first time this week. Everything was clean and well organized. The staff were all super helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the large inventory of all things baking. The cookie cutter and molding pans and mold collections were impressive!

I really appreciate that they require face masks and hand sanitizer to keep their customers and community safe!

We rented a Hello Kitty pan, and it went smoothly. The decorated cake was just as I remember, very adorable.
I love Karen Ann's. I've been a long time customer. In fact, we recently moved out of state and had to stop by and pick up some supplies. However, what I don't appreciate is my 4 year old literally holding himself and visibly having to use the rest room, dancing, and when asked if they had a restroom he could use, without stopping the woman said "nope" and continued walking away. I get we're still very much dealing with Covid, but you couldn't let my 4 year old use the restroom? Terrible service.

The employees are extremely friendly. They're always happy to help and I feel sincerely welcomed. Even the customers who shop there are social and kind. I drive 30 minutes to get there and it's worth every second. The prices are reasonable and they're stocked with so many different products. 10/10.
