Katie's Pizza & Pasta – Rock Hill

We were celebrating our daughter receiving her Ph D. This place was highly recommended. Had a WONDERFUL experience. The food was fabulous. The staff extremely friendly. Nice wide open space. Being in the business. I was watching the other staffs interaction with guests and other co workers. EXCELLENT VIBE in the house. HIGHLY recommend. All in All. Guests Staff. Food. Cleanliness. I have not really been a Katie's fan ...never a bad experience but just not really my roll....but I have to say...on this snowy night, I sat at the bar and had a glass of wine while my take-out pasta and bread service was prepared. Got home, settled in, and enjoyed the meal beyond words. Fresh pasta, tasty sauce, bread and olive oil mix for dipping... fabulous!!!

This is such a strange experience. The service was basically non existent, the atmosphere was way too many people in one space, the pricing is quite steep, but the food was really pretty good. So, like, that's kinda what matters most, right? But who likes spending $100 on a date night to get crammed into a corner and ignored? I don't think I'll be back, but then again, that Margherita pizza was outstanding. Fresh ingredients, it just tastes like really good legitimate food.

We went to Katie’s for a girls night. The bean dip appetizer was a great value for 4 people and it was DELICIOUS! Sangria was no the best sangria but the food made the experience worth it! I can’t wait to go back!

3.5 hour wait for a dish if you order to pick up. Not very practical.

Trying to put people in that tent while it’s 30 degrees outside should be illegal. Made reservations ahead of time and nowhere in the reservation app does it give you an option to pick if you want to sit inside or outside. On top of that they use metal chairs which are colder than Antarctica from the freezing cold weather. Terrible experience. Ended up leaving because who is gonna enjoy their food while freezing to death.

It was a frozen December night, but we were warm and cozy on the patio with windowed thick tarps around us and huge heater lamps. The food was marvelous, and our super cute waitress, busy energetic, kept up with proving excellent table service with a smile. Everything was wonderful the only things that struck us as odd was that there is no way to identify who works there, no uniform or even name tags.

Pizza is pretty much mods waited 15 min to be seated then another hour for food. It was pretty much $22 mods pizza had little to no sauce on it. The dough was very soggy and when I lifted the pizza off the plate I could see traces of just water which smelled of dish soap very unpleasant.

The music was incredibly loud, my pizza was burnt. Obviously purchasing the cheapest quality of the food that they're charging three times the price for. I don’t like complaining but you can tell that the staff is under paid. Just another apple bees

First time visiting. Not your everyday pizza and pasta place. I had meatballs and polenta. It was delicious. I am a picky eater so it was a bit of challenge to find something i would enjoy. Great place for a foodie.

Unfortunate. Been a loyal customer for years but Rock Hill location is terrible. The dining room has the ambiance of a packed Costco food court. Take-out is always late. Tonight, 80-minute order (three items), was still late an additional 20 minutes.
No place to stand while waiting 20 minutes for your late order, and you're just getting in the way while you stand there trying to figure out how to not block the hostess stand, the server traffic, the bathroom, the expo..

Then the woman helping me told me my order was late because the kitchen was behind and they were prioritizing the orders for people dining in. What??? Why in the world would you want to make more people standing around your already crowded f.o.h. for folks waiting for late takeout orders??

This location is run poorly, I haven't had same issue at BPV or T&C. Maybe they shouldn't do take out at RH?

Ok, I travel the world for business and I know good food. This is a total independent review.

Fantastic!!! The food is absolutely authentic Italian. Make no mistakes, this is not Americanized, it’s real Italian. Had the Fried Artichoke salad and the Fiori Arrabiata pasta. Both Amazing. All washed down with a couple of glasses of the Valravn Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma CA. Also an excellent red.

The food was a lunchtime special @$20. Excellent value.

You have to come here. Chilled atmosphere and great service.
