Wrong order. Went back to get it replaced and they we're rude and told me I was wrong. I told them I had the incorrect food next ro me. After I gave the food back, they gave me ANOTHER wrong order. Go to a different KFC.

1pm doors closed. Picking up for Grubhub so had to wait in super long line even though order was placed over 40 mins ago. Grubhub customers don’t want soggy chicken.

Clean place food is great when it's fresh and hot. Their customer service could be better on some shifts. If you choose to work at a restaurant understand what u chose to do.

Drive thru lady was rude and kept interrupting. Ordered two simple white meat 3 pc meals with the same sides. Ended up with two 3pc dark meat meals. Chicken was old bisquits were dry, no butter and the mashed potatoes suckes as well.

Arrived at KFC on Delmar, doors were locked and it was only 1pm. Went around to drive thru, and asked to place two orders. The worker yelling “only one order in drive thru.” I asked well since the doors are locked, and we can’t come in to place our orders can you make an exception? She cut me off saying ONLY ONE ORDER IN DRIVE THRU! At that time I just drove off. I assumed they were short but as I rode by window they had plenty of staff. Will not be returning to location. Just very rude

I was at/in the drive-thru on 9-27-23 restaurant/store number #J625148. I ordered the hot wings combo the server told me it would be a 15 minute wait at 5:21pm. And did I mind the wait. " U stated no i don't mine the wait." The server told me to pull to the drive thru window so I may pay for my order. The cashier nor the server told me how much my order was and ask me to pull forward and someone would bring my order out. As I sat in my vehicle waiting a whole twenty minutes and still hadn't got my meal. I got out my vehicle and lock the doors. I went in the restaurant and waited until someone ask me if they could help me. I told the server that I was waiting on my order. The female server ask me what had i ordered. I stated the hot wings combo. The other employees where walking around like a chicken with it's head cut off. The female server began to look to see where my order was. She asked another server to hand her a hot wings box. I guess at this point she must have been trying to put my order together. She asked me what sauces I needed and handed me my meal after thirty minutes of waiting. Please we need to do better at this KFC.

Went to the drive thru. The answering employee had an attitude and wasn't listening because she was no doubt a teen employee who was on her phone; whom also has zero customer service skills and doesn't really want to be at work anyway.She told me that they were out of KFC Bowls. A KFC Bowl is mashed potatoes, corn, chicken nuggets, gravy, and cheese sprinkled on top and they are not pre-made. Rather than argue with someone making my food, I said It's ok, Thank You and left. Had to drive to another KFC out of my way which is an inconvenience to me because someone doesn't want to do their job. It's so annoying. I won't be visiting that location again. Hire people who want to work and value your customers.

I ordered dinner for my grandson and his friend. Ordered online when I picked it up. This chicken was very dry and hard. Biscuit was like a brick. The macaroni and cheese was terrible.
