As soon as I walked into the restaurant. It was freezing no heat, the service was awful.. the workers had terrible attitude, food was cold had to ask to be reheated and they had a terrible attitude about that as well. Along instead of working the server decided to sit across the restaurant and ease drop to what we had to say about the service… disappointed.

All I ordered was their $10 Tuesday deal and a Large Coleslaw through the drive thru. They told me that it was going to be a 15-minute wait. I said I would wait. He looked shocked! Then he told the other lady working that I would wait. She then told him to tell me that it would be 20-minute wait instead. I said I would still wait. They said ok and then told me to pull up and park and they would bring it out. 30-minutes went by and nobody came out or even looked outside. I then went inside and told the cashier that it's been 30 minutes now and you said it was going to be 20. That woman said out loud it wasn't done yet. I then stood there and waited and 34-minutes total they finally had my small order done and never an apology or sorry from anyone. While I was waiting another man came in and just ordered a small 3 piece meal and they told him there was going to be a wait on that as well. He said he would wait as well. I come here to this KFC every Tuesday and 1 other day every single week. So, i visit this store 2 times a week and they do the same thing every single time I come here. They always say there is going to be a 20-minute wait for chicken. I think they do this, so they don't have to cook any chicken and you'll either walk out or just drive off. I wouldn't think this, but this happens every single time I go to this restaurant. Every single employee there is extremely rude and never do they say thank you etc. I honestly don't have any idea how this place is still in business. There is absolutely no management here at all or management is in on the laziness of not working and just collecting a check. After months and months of this treatment and after today's episode I am finally done going to this restaurant and will drive further to a different KFC to get food. I read the reviews to this place on google and everything they say backs up everything I am saying. All these people in this establishment are a joke. The cashier on this day was (Timothy). Other times I have waited the people are some of the rudest people I know in the food business. It's obvious that upper management doesn't care. It's just a matter of time for this place to go under and close it's doors as it should.

We ordered online for pickup and after waiting about 30 minutes we left without food. Workers were standing around not acknowledging customers and arguing in the lobby. A female worker came out and was telling us it would be atleast 30 more minutes because she isn't even clocked in yet. She said they were out of straws and drink holders and most of the food ordered. We were told to contact customer service. It has been 5 days and I haven't heard from anyone. I paid for food we never received and I was never refunded. I will never visit this location again.

Would say poor service but there was none. We arrived around noon on 12-28-2024 No one in the drive through and no one in the main lobby including no employees. We waited 5 min, no one at all showed up. Looked in back and found the 3 "employees" hanging out back with the door open smoking something and blowing the smoke out the door. I asked them are they open, no answer, they just glanced at us and went back to smoking, asked again are you open. This time 2 just walked out the door and closed it while the third woman just came in and walked to another room never acknowledging we were there. I wonder if the owner knows or even cares the amount of money they must lose because of their bad hiring decisions and lack of management. The place looked gloomy and smelled, not the type of smell of cooking, more a smell of old wornout grease that's been sitting for weeks. I don't believe the high ratings as a place doesn't go this far in the dump that quickly. We did go to the KFC 5 miles into st louis from this one who were very pleasant employees and got our food quickly and fresh. This one lost 55.00 which I know the "employees" don't care but the owner should. Place needs to be shut down, torn down, rebult from dust with a new owner.

These places need to do better or get some quality management to train and set a standard. No, hello. No, thank you. Barely able to speak more than two words. Food dried out. Left out items. Not even an apology when i had to drive back. You can not charge high prices for smaller portions and poor quality of food. Zero customer service or ability to want to rectify their mistakes and the inconvenience, time, and money it cost the customer. I need to remember to go to a restraunt and pay extra for a tip and sit down, so I come out with at least a decent meal and less headache. Nothing is cheap fast or good about kfc anymore.
