If I could give no stars I would. Paid $40 for two mash potato bowls, a box of biscuits and a five piece order of chicken strips all of the chicken i the five piece chicken strip box were hard and old and dry. The macaroni that came in the box with the five piece chicken strip was old and burnt and dry. Wouldn’t feed it to my worst enemy. Even the small pieces of chicken that were in the potato bowls were old and dry and hard My nana couldn’t eat it. Would’ve been better to serve it to some dogs. The lady at the window was decent. But she didn’t give us her receipt and I will never be going back there again. They need to close the store indefinitely. Or at least everyone there needs to be fired and get a new staff that know how to cook food and keep it fresh.

I would suggest going to another kfc location, or another fried chicken joint. This one is pretty bad. Very very dirty inside. The booths and tables were so filthy I thought I would catch a disease. The kitchen didn't seem much better. They had no ice in the machine, so the soda was a waste. The chicken looked and tasted old. Awful that the company would allow the store owner to stay open in these conditions. Do not eat at this location.

Unprofessional, disorderly and slow service to name a few problems. Waited 6 minutes to even have my order taken, and I had go go back twice to get untensils, my drink, and my sauces. The chicken was also old and dry, so not worth the wait.

They didn't have the kind of chicken I wanted ready. The cashier at drive thru worked with me to figure out what they did have that would work for me. Then had to wait because needed to cook more chicken. But got everything I needed on Christmas Eve. Thanks for being open and making the food I wanted.

Waited to order though no one was in front of me in the drive thru. Didn't have the option of extra crispy. Didn't have the pieces needed to buy a bucket. Worker was not friendly and definitely not happy to be working. Not going back there.

He was nice but inside was dirty, chicken looked and tasted like it was 2 days old, they seldom have pot pies, and service is very slow, they will have you pull over to bring food to you and yet, you still have to go inside as it takes them a long time! I went twice in the same week, same time--between 2-3pm and same experience. Wow! And I love KFC. But not this one.

Extremely rude & unprofessional. Never have the deals as the other KFC, unfriendly, uninviting atmosphere, this location has really went down. Employees gathered up outside while we were in drive-thru waited for them to finish smoking, guess they were on break? Understaffed as most places are now. When he did get to window, very dry, I guess he couldn't hear? He then very rudely stated, GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER! I do not, recommend this Shrewsbury location.
