I will never go to this local again. I've been there twice now and both times, they were out of the style chicken wanted.

The young man working the register was very pleasant with a good attitude and helped with the situation as far as atmosphere but the manager in the back had a bad attitude was there for over 45 minutes picking up an order that was called ahead watched three people arrive after me leave before me and then when she came out with the order she dropped it on the counter in its bag rather than placing it on the counter. I attempted to address her managerial skills and she wasn't having it I went to leave to find that there was not one person in the Drive-Thru and I was essentially the last to be served among many management needs to work on their organizational skills first and foremost a lot of issues would have been avoided

Sign says lobby opens at 10:30 I waited 10 minutes after, lobby was not open, I went through the drive-thru and order the number two with a breast and a leg, receive my order checked it while I was in drive-thru it was wrong, I told her I ordered a breast and a drumstick, she responded that's not what I ordered , but, I know what I ordered because I don't eat certain parts of a chicken, so she charged me for my correct order which was a breast, also my Tea had ice in it and I requested no ice, if the Lobby was open like it was supposed to be at the correct time she would have heard me correctly, ,and maybe got my order right, this is exactly the reason why I don't likego through these fast foods drive thru the customer service and the quality has gone downhill, I definitely will not be back at this location, workers need more training on customer service, It also helps if you repeat the order back to the customer instead of over charging the customer for your mistake

Unreal. Simply unreal. I know the time estimate for delivery is usually 20 minutes off, so I know that going in. Tonight, no drink. The receipt says no C02. No sauce. You want to charge for sauce, you should put it in. 3pc, 2 breasts and a wing. 1 breast, 1 wing, and a nasty thigh. Plus 20 minutes past the time. I just can't again. I'm going to make sure I post to every place I can about this. It's not the first time, Shame on me, but it's the last time. I just cannot believe this place.

I ordered a 12 pc. Family meal with 3 lg. sides and 6 biscuits plus ordered an extra lg. side. Got home and no biscuits. I went back to get them and apparently they can’t make biscuits now and can give me an extra side. They failed to mention that at drive thru I already had one and asked for a refund. There was nothing can do because they don’t issue refunds :(

We had to wait 40 minutes to get two chicken sandwiches and mashed potatoes. While waiting at the curbside, I noticed a worker in a uniform changing a baby in the lobby. The baby was then taken back to the kitchen. In what world should an infant be in such circumstances?! It's not safe for infants to be in the kitchen, last I checked. Several individuals in line had to eventually come inside or leave. When we entered, the workers appeared to be doing nothing. It wasn't busy enough to justify the lengthy wait. We came inside twice and finally received the food. We were met with excuses, none of which were feasible.

This KFC was very under staffed. The wait was not horrible but longer than it should have been. The chicken was good. It seems KFC has almost priced me into looking for chicken somewhere else.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Earlier today around 7pm, I literally watched an employee at this restaurant run outside and kick a customers car, I was appalled and disgusted. I’ve never seen such disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Every time you com here there is a problem. I literally haven’t been here in 2 years and the day I come a problem pops up. The food is always horrible and they are ALWAYS out of something and you will have to wait over 15 minutes for some sort of item. Save yourself the trouble and money and drive 15 minutes down to the KFC in Arnold and get the best service and food!
