The service was terrible. Waited 50 minutes to get my food. KFC is called a fast food restaurant for a reason. The fries were outrageously burnt and tough; flies flying around the sticky greasy tables. This place needs to shutdown immediately. Very disappointing and unbearable experience.

Just got a 3 wing dinner. The wings were so dried out and probably old couldn’t eat them. Really aweful.

I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready at 9:15pm. I arrived at the store at 9:08pm, and the doors were locked. When I pulled up to the drive-thru menu no one responded on the intercom so I pulled up to the window. Someone came to the window to inform me that they didn't have my food because they were closed. Mind you, the doors, drive-thru, window and online all say they are open until 10pm.
After this, I had to go through a whole process via the 1-800 number to get my money refunded, which roughly took a half hour.

KFC is my favorite chicken take out place. I wish this location off Union wasn’t so awful. I always wait a few month and try again. This last visit they thought it appropriate to give the tiniest pieces of chicken in our 12 piece. We are taking wings and legs the size of two quarters. I cannot fathom a worker thinking that, that is okay.
Previously (maybe within the last year) I have seen someone calling while taking and handing out ordered. This place is a hot mess.

I'm a Delivery driver for alot of platforms I won't name who I was delivering for but last night this location which I've never been in was so ready to clean up and leave they left myself and upon witness 3 additional customers and my order I was waiting om just hanging . I was in the restaurant for 38 minutes. They were cleaning grease and filtering which I'm totally familiar with because I've worked in a particular Wing restaurant. I was told 3 different times it'll be 5 minutes . I seriously wish people would just say hey it'll be about 30 minutes. Would you like a small water ? Something and keep it moving. When I entered 2 other people were waiting the one guy told me he asked for a refund because he had been in thete almost one hour and was told he couldn't get one! Um ok? Never heard this but I've been seeing alot of restaurants replying this way. Probably true to a standard since people refund items and steal but come on? No refunds wow. So anyway the manager proceeds to tell me that they are so slow they may lock the dining room early? Um then why is it I'm waiting on a chicken sandwich and some nuggest this long? Disgusting. No apologies very In sincere (spellcheck) and everyone except this one young kid working was in a bad mood.

Chicken was so small wasn't for sure if it was chicken. Tea was leaking All over the floor. Bathroom was disgusting. Will never go again and will tell everyone I know that goes there not to go anymore.
