Got a meal there today. The biscuit was so hard, like a disc. Chicken dried up. Come on guys, i know it can be better. Don’t serve day old food. 😟

4071 Union Road: On 12/23/2025 the Doordash order was ready when I arrived to pick up and deliver, prepared by different employees and a much better experience than my previous visit on 9/30/2025.

MULTIPLE ISSUES
1. I was asked to come inside when I went through the drive-through to pick up my online order. I told them I had a sleeping baby in the car and would not be coming in. They told me to pull around
2. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come outside!!!
3. They told me they were out of tenders and could give me chicken bites. Okay whatever
4. Waited another 5 minutes and a different lady comes out to tell me she’s out of fries. She said the manager didn’t change the fryer with it being daylight savings 2 days ago. Okay first off it’s fall BACK so that would mean it would be on for an extra hour.
5. She asked me if I got my drink yet. I said no, then she told me they were out of my drink too!
6. Ask for sweet tea as a substitute and they give me unsweetened tea!!!
7. Absolutely NO sauce for my chicken bites when I asked for 2 different kinds on my online order.
This store is an absolute MESS. I waited 35 minutes of my night for some COLD not so fast food. Do better KFC.

Put in order for pickup and when get there doors are locked and when up at the speaker was told order was canceled they didn't have enough chicken for a 12piece meal!! This is 8pm on a Saturday and close at 10pm. How ridiculous and stupid can you get here. Then saying a refund can take up to 72 hours!!?? How insane and won't be going back there no more.

employees are so unprofessional. our order was messed up twice and you could hear the employees cussing at each other… mind you, we went through the drive thru. over 30 minutes just to get a correct order.

Won't accept coupons that come in the mail. Every time they have been confused but coupon would work. Today they wouldn't even accept it. Won't be back.

Everything is sticky, from the floor to the front doors that open and get stuck on sidewalk. Literally had to ask for lids for the soda, which was actually out of CO2 or something. Prices are way too high for a dirty and low rent KFC. Order was wrong and had to come back twice just to return the food. Employees were apathetic, which I get because it’s fast food or whatever. Regardless, they charge way too much for wrong food at an unclean restaurant with an unpleasant atmosphere. Again, way too expensive for KFC, man.

Terrible service manager was at the window rushing orders while taking them and then making no eye contact or any interaction at the window, wanted to try the new cream dr pepper and all the drinks were extremely waterd down, would definitely recommend stopping by a different location

Horrible and lousy staff. They were out of both tenders, fries and nuggets and the lady just sat there and complained that she was too tired to make any and that she needed a lighter. What worker asks a customer for a lighter? About this KFC for a late night snack. They’re tweaking, literally. lol
