I just ordered a family meal & potpie on the side. The staff made me pull up to wait for my order. When I got home I realized my pot pie was not in the bag and I was missing one of my sides. I called the store for 30 minutes straight and no one picked up. Now I have to drive back across town to get my missing items. I’m frustrated
kfc in Jennings MO needs to be shutdown until you can find adequate staffing. I was there and th girl told me they didn't have any coin change so she just keeps the customers change. it was only $.13 cents but it was mine. when I asked for my change she told me to call corporate. so I called corporate and got sent to hold with some horrible music playing. I see very bad things happening at this location soon.
