I never do this, but I got a five piece chicken tender I transport so I wasn’t able to check my food. The tenders was so black fries was hard. The only thing that was good was the water.

My food was greasy.The chicken and potato wedges were hard as if they had been cooked twice😬 The pot pie was the only thing that was good. It was BOGO. I did an Uber order. This was a Bad Deal. Won’t be going back again!

Th young man that was working drive through tonight was phenomenal. He spoke with proper. The way he answered the mic was on point. His food was hot and fresh and it was 9pm. I was very impressed. That was some of the best service I’ve had in St Louis and I can definitely see that young man stepping into management some day. I give him 5 stars!!!!!

I went in the drive thru and ordered a family meal that had 12 pieces of chicken, some biscuits and two mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. I paid $43 at the window and was immediately told to pull in front of the store and someone would bring it out. Waiting patiently, I noticed all of these cars being serviced or told to park in the front after I ordered. 45 mins later, the cars that was told to wait after me ended up going into the store to get there food. Almost an hour later for me I’m just like I’m going to go eat something else. I go into the store and ask for a refund. The line members look at me and continue to work. I wait about 2 mins before asking for a manager for a refund. Still wasting my time they tell me how they had to make some more chicken because all they had was legs and they didn’t want to give me all legs. Mind you that was not even mentioned to me otherwise I would have passed. Sitting an hour for some chicken??? They definitely cleared my order off the screen, gave my chicken order to someone else and expected me to continue to wait. Not even a sincere apology. I will not be back

Would give this location 0 stars if I could the dark skin female manager with the red hair was not polite at all 7pm on a Friday night she claims they are out of everything nuggets tender fries etc then she decided to drop my credit card on the ground shut the window and walked away without a apology super terrible customer service wish I could file a law suit but I will definitely file a complaint with the BBB.
