No idea why this place has such good reviews. None of the dishes we tried had any flavor.
Sesame chicken is out of this world. The atmosphere is exactly how it should be
Amazing St.Pauls and amazing customer service!!! Definitely coming here more often!!
Only one person working so I give credit when it's due, but the food was below average. Prices were very high . Nothing was hot after a little wait. Portions were laughable ($1.99 for an eggroll the size of a pinky finger) and sloppy thrown together. And to think this was actually my first time. I won't be back. Very disappointing!!
Been going here since I was a kid . I eat here alot . The food is great and the owner is very nice
Old school, flavorful Chinese food.
Some of the best Asian food I have ever had!
Best St. Paul sandwich I've found so far. Sometimes a little salty, but still the best I've had. I've tried other food from here, but mainly come for the St. Paul. You can call in a pickup order, which seems to be what most people do. Or you can come wait while your order is being prepared. They have a dining room but rarely have I seen anyone eating there... the wait is usually something like 15 minutes. You ring a bell through the plastic partitioned ordering window when you arrive and someone will come out of the kitchen (if no one is already there) to take your order. This place isn't fancy by any means, and the tables seem like they could use a cleaning. Of note are the plants up front which are seemingly ancient. Lastly, not the St. Paul, but I went in late on a rainy night and had the best egg drop soup I've ever had. It may be because I was the only customer at the time, but I will definitely be back to try for that experience again.
Wheelchair accessibility: A step or two up into restaurant, so probably not wheelchair accessible.

So I have seen this place for years and and never had a chance to try it until tonight. It was my first and my last time coming to this establishment. I got a chicken St.Paul which was pretty good, I got the high braised chicken wing combination plate, the crab rangoon was dry and tasteless in the fried rice was by far the worst I have ever had in my entire life from any Chinese food restaurant. It was very dry and hard and have the most weirdest taste. I wish I can get my money back. Just stick to what you know, "trying something new" is overrated.

Staple takeout place for us, we probably get it 5-6x a year. Sesame chicken, orange chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, pork fried rice, crab rangoons and egg rolls are all great. I get the Kung Pao because it's loaded with fresh vegetables and has a nice spice level (just enough!). We only do takeout and always call ahead, and it's always ready on time and they've never messed up an order.

I've only had take-out from Kim Van, so I can't say much about the service or atmosphere, except that the staff is friendly when I pick up the food and the place is clean and cozy.
But the food! There's a reason why my co-workers and I keep coming here. The hot and sour soup is some of the best I've had in town. Crab rangoon and egg rolls are very tasty. We've had several of their lunch combos, and they're always delicious and plentiful. Yes that's right, you get A LOT of food for your money here. Today I had the pork lo mein (half order) and it's still going to make two meals for me. And I do get some hot and sour soup with every order, it's that good.
