Best St. Paul sandwich I've found so far. Sometimes a little salty, but still the best I've had. I've tried other food from here, but mainly come for the St. Paul. You can call in a pickup order, which seems to be what most people do. Or you can come wait while your order is being prepared. They have a dining room but rarely have I seen anyone eating there... the wait is usually something like 15 minutes. You ring a bell through the plastic partitioned ordering...
Staple takeout place for us, we probably get it 5-6x a year. Sesame chicken, orange chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, pork fried rice, crab rangoons and egg rolls are all great. I get the Kung Pao because it's loaded with fresh vegetables and has a nice spice level (just enough!). We only do takeout and always call ahead, and it's always ready on time and they've never messed up an order.
I've only had take-out from Kim Van, so I can't say much about the service or atmosphere, except that the staff is friendly when I pick up the food and the place is clean and cozy.
But the food! There's a reason why my co-workers and I keep coming here. The hot and sour soup is some of the best I've had in town. Crab rangoon and egg rolls are very tasty. We've had several of their lunch combos, and they're always delicious and plentiful....
