Went there for lunch. The miso salad dressing was so good I could’ve eaten it as a cup of soup! My husband and I both had King Trio. It was delicious! I would recommend closer attention to the cooking of the chicken and beef. Both were a bit tough, but the two shrimp that made the trio were excellent. Recommend getting the delicious spring roll appetizer. One roll is included with lunch special, but it’s tiny and left us wanting more. We’ll be back!

The atmosphere is cold and has that warehouse vibe, nothing like the elegance and decor of their previous restaurant that was on Grand Boulevard in the heart of South city St. Louis. food was good!

I’ve been coming to the king and I since 2009. I will always make the 30 min drive when I’m wanting Thai. Nothing compares.

Ordered to go, wings - said 8pieces per order.
We got 6 pieces. We ordered 2 orders, and they said due to wing size it's now only 6? Manager said they changed the size of wing? The wings we got are literally smaller than wing stop? If they were any smaller then they are not chicken wings. . Manager was rude and condescending. Zero apologies. We were excited they moved from S. Grand, sad at how bad they are now. Unfortunately we will not be coming back. Respect your customers or your restaurant will go out of business.

My parents used to dine at the original King and I many years ago. They raved about it! So, after moving back to this area after a number of years, my Mom wanted to try them out again (they are now in a different location than they used to be, but they have the same menu, but shortened). The new location is nice. Located in a busy Brentwood plaza, with plenty of parking if you can find a spot. The interior was clean and modern, albeit a bit less authentic than the original location. The service was prompt and the food came out quickly. We started out with the Tamarind Shrimp, which were good but not great. It was pretty obvious this dish’s main strength was the presentation, which was beautiful. The actual sauce was good but I wish there was a few more shrimp fro the price. The entrees had the same vibe, decent but not as good as my Mom recalled. The Pad Thai was a bit watery and the noodles were much thinner than I’ve had before— almost like angel hair! My Mom enjoyed the 3 Kings of Thailand but also noted that it just wasn’t as good as before. This wasn’t a terrible place to get some dinner in, but we all walked out a bit disappointed, noting that their previous location was better.
