King Doh is always a great for dine in Chinese. I haven't ordered to go, but love the quiet atmosphere with my family. The staff is great and playful with my kids. The only thing is I miss is the hot tea pots and cups, and also the vinegar and soy sauce on the table for pot stickers.

Food was so good! I don’t know why I waited so long to try this place because it’s just down the street from my house, but it was really great. The food was excellent and the delivery was very quick. The dumplings were fantastic! I also ordered lo mein, an eggplant dish, and a shrimp with vegetables. They were all very good. I am definitely going to order from here again. If you live in the area, you should definitely order directly from their website for great local Chinese food.

Very rude - we ordered through door dash and when it took over an hour past the promised time I called and they told me to cancel it or come pick it up myself. After going to the restaurant they made us wait even longer and repay for the food order. It's terrible food. And don't order delivery. Which is the only reason you would order from them anyway.

Since moving to Des Peres from St. Louis we have been searching for a good Chinese place close by, we almost gave up until I stopped by here. Their fried rice is ON POINT, and so good, orange chicken is also amazing, it’s fresh and taste great, not mushy and drenched in sauce. This is hands down the best Chinese food in the Des Peres/ kirkwood area.

It took a lot for our family of three to break away from Panda Express but we were successful tonight. Overall very good experience and we will be back. First, we parked right outside the front door so access was easy. All staff were very friendly and we had no problem getting a table at 6:00 on a Tuesday. The egg rolls, pork egg foo young and lo noodles were great, particularly the egg foo young. Had to try the orange chicken and while not as good as Panda Express, it was good. : ) The cost was a bit more than I'd like to pay on a weeknight but I guess it's that way everywhere now and we did have a lot of food.

We have been meaning to try King Doh for years and never had. Now all I can think is all the amazing meals we missed out on! Had a wonderful fried tofu and broccoli dish - it tasted amazing - the sauce had a lovely hint of garlic, and the broccoli and tofu were cooked to perfection. Our waitress was incredibly nice and I love the atmosphere. Highly recommended. The best Chinese food I have had in St. Louis by far.

Best Restaurant in St. Louis for traditional American-style Chinese food. The still make their potstickers from scratch, the Manchurian beef is delicious and i rarely see anything like it at other Chinese Restaurants. They have a REALLY really friendly staff. They've stayed open past normal hours when we arrived late, and my waitress once brought me her own private stash of coffee, after i asked if there was any coffee on the menu. They have been consistently good for decades.

King Doh has really good food that has been consistent for many years. Our server was attentive and timed bring out the courses just right. We enjoyed soup, appetizers & our main entrees individually and they were all hot & delicious. I like that they have a wide variety of dishes to choose from as having a nice selection provides choices for everyone. Yes, the decor is a bit dated but the food is delicious!

Food was decent, but prices do not match the menu that they give you (by far!). It was very expensive. $10 for 6 crab Rangoon. We got an order of General Tso and an order of Mongolian beef plus crab Rangoon. No drinks. It was $50. Otherwise, I like the decor and the server was very nice and attentive.
