ALL HAIL THE KING ? !! Absolutely some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. Good pricing, great service team and a cool atmosphere. I'm sad I didn't try it before now. But look forward to many future visits!

Really great food without all of the grease that you usually get with fried food. Not only do they have top notch chicken (probably the best in St Louis), but they also have really good fish and shrimp. They have frog legs! I haven't tried them yet but judging by their other food they're probably as exceptional as they look. They have good portions on the yummy sides, as well. The okra is prepared and cooked correctly- not slimy or greasy at all. The staff is super friendly and courteous. It's a nice atmosphere to dine in; adequate seating and eclectic decorations. Not fast food in quality and ambiance, but close to fast food speed getting your order.

Fish was cooked to perfection. Not burnt and nice and flaky. Shrimp was great. Greanbeans and onion rings were good. Went on Friday during Lent. Place was packed and people did not stop coming in for dining or pick up. Better than any fish fry I have tried.

First time customer. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich but they were out. Glad they were ... got the two piece, dark meat fried chicken with slaw & a drink. Chicken was done perfectly, light crisp coating with tender, juicy chicken. Cole slaw was great also. Great service and quick delivery of food to our table. Keep up the great food & service!Parking: Plenty of free parking at this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available near the entrance.

Just needed something to tide me over till dinner and I was in the area of King Edwards Fried Chicken. Ordered fried chicken livers and hushpuppies. A strange combo but not many places have fried chicken livers and offer horseradish sauce, plus I have been craving hushpuppies. I placed my order at the counter and took a seat to wait. It wasn't a long wait till my order was brought out. Livers were cooked well, not too much breading. Great dipped in the horseradish. The hushpuppies were flavorful with bits of jalapeño not too hot, just right. King Edwards offers fried chicken and fish with lots of side offerings. Everything g I have had from here has been good.

if you are going here for atmosphere, don't. But if you're going for great food and lots of it, definitely go! They have so many carry out orders, I suppose because they are so reasonable and delicious food. The chicken is the best you will find in the STL area! They have tons of different sides, and great catfish, shrimp, and of course, delicious chicken. I highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: Perfect for children
