Our server, Ella, was not good. I understand she was the only one working at the time (shame on Kobes for that), but she kept rushing us. And walking away before we could even finish our question for her. She changed the whole experience for us. It was a birthday lunch for me & my best friend, only 2 of us, & her treatment of us made the whole experience a bad one. Wouldn't consider going there unless you know they are fully staffed.
Bad experience. We had a reservation for my daughter’s 4th birthday at 7:00pm, still hadn’t been seated by 7:50pm. Not sure why they accept reservations in the first place. Ruined the evening. And the sad part is restaurant is not even half full
Booked a reservation and was not sat for an hour! Waiting with the device for the turn (then what is the purpose of the appointment). Extremely dissatisfied how the front team is handling.
Food is always delicious. You will want to set a reservation online because the place is always busy
I'll return, love the experience
I wouldn’t expect to get in on your reservation time.
Great food and service. We had a great gathering.

I made reservations to celebrate my 8 year old’s birthday tonight,it was indicated in the reservation that it was a birthday, our server asked if there was a special occasion and i mentioned it again, after dinner i asked our server if my child could get a cake which i was going to pay for anyway and he only came back with two people singing with no cake ,it took one of the diners to intervene and ask why a child wasn’t getting a cake yet everyone else with a birthday was,my poor child watched 3 adults sang for and given cake!!Turns out the diner had also asked the next table’s server why they weren’t getting my child a cake and she was also offering to pay for it.The server finally brought out a cake after the escalation and we just took it to go and left.My child had been asking for a Hibachi experience and I chose to do this for her birthday but what a disappointment it was!!!
This was a $25 experience at a $250 price. We had a reservation, but still waited 50 minutes to be seated. Why even have reservations?. The waiter was nice. The chef did not want to be there. He messed up the rice, so those of us who ordered white rice didn't get it because he only made fried rice. He asked how people wanted their meat prepared and then ignored the orders, instead cooking it how he wanted. And finally he used way too much soy sauce on the noodles. The waiting area was so loud. They had someone singing and playing guitar at ear splitting volume. We'll be going to Shogun Japanese Steakhouse next time we want hibachi. I recommend anyone reading this does the same.

Except to spend a little more money than usual. I had chef's delight with fried rice, veggies and lobster rangoons. Veggies was delicious & the rangoons. Had a margarita. I really wouldn't recommend a drink unless its a shot lol but I'm a heavyweight lol. Nice experience tho

It was wonderful! That was our first time there. It was packed, and we had to wait a little bit. It was worth the waited. I will be coming back again.

Me and my fiancé celebrated our engagement there in July. We had such a great experience that we wanted to book with them again for our after wedding dinner. My in laws were told to call back the first of the year to make reservations for a larger party since they could not book 6 months out. I called recently and was told they could not accommodate our large party after 3-3:30pm. I mentioned to the manager what was told to us and she stated they still would not have latertimes available 6 months. So they knew they couldn't accommodate us at a later time and chose not to communicate that when we asked. The general manager reached out and offered to accommodate us for $15,000 just to reserve the whole room. This was NOT told to us 6 months ago, and I was extremely frustrated since our wedding is in 3 months and now we have to scramble and find somewhere to have dinner last minute. Thank you Kobe Steakhouse for wasting our time!

Food was not as good as it once was, spent the night throwing up, not very happy with the experience. Won’t be coming back, I’ll stick with better quality restaurants.
