A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I drove an hour to this restaurant. All we wanted was 2 pounds of crab, some shrimp, and the 4-pound pan of crab. When we got there, we were greeted by a woman with a very rude and passive-aggressive attitude. She got our order wrong, and when I politely asked her to double-check, she threw more attitude, even opening all of our food to “prove” it was correct. The 4-pound crab looked tiny and cramped in a foam carryout box, not at all what was described online. Despite the frustration, we paid $175 without arguing because we didn’t want to escalate the situation. The food itself was still excellent—a 10/10 as always—but the customer service left much to be desired. Fast forward a few days, we drove an hour again to get crab legs and the same 4-pound pan of crab. This time, the order was perfect—beautifully packed, absolutely huge, exactly what I ordered, and only $84-$87. The gentleman who helped us had no attitude, no snark, and made sure everything was correct. It was a completely different experience, and we left thrilled. The moral of the story is that one rude employee should not overshadow the quality of this restaurant. Life is challenging, but when you come to work, personal issues shouldn’t affect customers—especially those who traveled far and were polite and respectful. I hope the staff member from our first visit reflects on this, because the restaurant itself deserves credit for amazing food and, when handled properly, great service. Despite that one negative experience, I’m not letting it stop my love for this place. The crabs are incredible, and when the right team member is helping, it’s a 5-star experience every time.
This place is NOT clean, we went on Sunday 2/15…. We didn’t get any gloves or anything but a fork to crack the crab legs and a bucket to put the shells in.they need someone to clean and wash the tables after you finish eating. The napkin bins are very nasty on the outside, they need someone to wash those down and the chairs…the food was good but we will not be going back unless they clean it up. Just maybe they didn’t have the plastic gloves, Bibs or crackers on yesterday but our hands were full of butter and garlic..I had to use napkins for my Bib…Could be a hit if they just clean it up!

Honestly I'm way behind on reviews but I got takeout from here on NYE and it was some of the best food I have had in a long time. The quality of ingredients, seasonings, and freshness was off the charts. Customer service was also on point, so friendly and kept you updated on wait times. I ate every single bite and still think about those flavors!!

I was skeptical because the place looks so little on the outside but once you walk into the establishment u have a feeling of friendliness a since of a laidback restaurant with the best service I can’t believe how good the food was it was amazing we got a crab plate with shrimp and potatoes it filled me and my husband up great work to the workers at Krab Kings you guys made this day better than it was keep up the great work

Didn’t snap a pic of my smash burger cause I was too busy smashin it myself but I’ll say it was great! A lot of smash burgers can be dry. Nope not this one, it was just right plus it had this secret sauce on it that gave it a nice flavor. The fries were hot n fresh and crispy. Seasoned well. I got the Cajun on them. Service was great too, greeted and the owner personally came out and brought the food, making sure we were taken care of. Large space, not cramped and the tables weren’t on top of each other. Clean space as well, clean tables and bathroom. Great experience. I’ll definitely be back to try more.
37th wedding anniversary dinner and we were looking for a sea food place that served a lot of crab. Just us two. They were patient as we looked at what to order. Very sweet and personable staff! The crab was outstanding and spiced perfectly! The shrimp was the best with well seasoned corn meal breading! The fries... Omg they were perfectly crisp and creamy in the middle. Even the Slaw was outstanding. For dessert we decided to try Peach Eggrolls and WOW! JUST YUMMY! Will we return? Oh hell yeah! We are all to happy to drive over an hour to enjoy this experience again. We aren't waiting for our 38 th anniversary, though. We are going back for birthdays, father's and mothers days too.

First time going to the Shrewsbury location and it was awful! After waiting in line to order for almost 30 minutes while others had been waiting for over an hour just to get their food, I finally got to order. Tables were sparce because many of them were dirty and weren't cleaned until closing time. Thirty minutes after waiting for my food they advised that they were out of crab. So I spent an hour waiting to be advised that they didn't even have what I came for. I was offered an exchange of other food for the crab or a refund but I did not want 45.00 worth of other food. Needless to say I got a refund and I won't be back.

Must try if you appreciate a properly done boil. Seasoning on point, flavored butter fire. The seasoning post boil really helped tie the boil seasoning in. Potatoes were cooked to perfection. Defuckinglightful boils. We will be back.

This was my first time coming here and my second time having sea food boil. Me and my family were blown away with how amazing our food was. Quality was 100%, flavor was 100%, the owner and workers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I will be returning in the future :)
