Always a pleasant experience at Kreis'. Food is always great. The prime rib melts in your mouth. The service is impeccable. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing. They don't rush you. They mention the special and the deals. And priced just right. A true STL treasure!

An absolutely wonderful evening at Kreis's to celebrate our anniversary. Our waiter, David, was friendly and attentive. He went above and beyond to make it a special experience for us. As always, the food was delicious and was prepared exactly as we ordered it. The cocktails were fine, and the cheesecake was great!

Been there several times through the years. Always have had great service and great food. This is probably our favorite restaurant.

This was our 50th wedding anniversary. We had never been there before but I had heard that it had the best prime rib and my wife loves good prime rib. The last time she had good prime was in New York years ago. The waiter and staff were excellent. They made sure we were taken care of and needed nothing. The prime rib was out of this world. My wife normally eats no more than about 3 ounces of steak. She eat all of the 12 onces and I even had to take some home so you know it was good. We were surprised by a piece of cheesecake with a sparkler on it. It added an nice touch which surprised my wife. The cheesecake was excellent as well. We will definitely be going back.

We have been customers for many years. The service, ambiance, and of course the food is excellent. Their prime rib is the best in St. Louis.

Excellent experience, as always. I love that it wasn't loud and you could easily have conversation, even though restaurant was full.

The home of the best prime rib and lobster tails around. Delicious. Our server, David is a 30+ year waiter at Kreis' and is the best. Always a pleasure to sit at one of his tables.

One of the few places I give 5 stars to. Steaks are perfect as is every part of the meal. The service is exceptional.

As usual, the food was outstanding. For some reason the noise level last night was obnoxious ~ I feel the wait staff should admonish clients that make the dining experience less than pleasurable with their over the top noise. People of tables of eight should know that they are not the only ones in the restaurant.

Excellent prime rib. Tasty salads. Professional, attentive service. The portions are very large. We could have split the Queen cut prime rib and had more than enough. You can actually visit with your dinner companions, because the din is not so overwhelming as to require that you yell to be heard.

A restaurant that never disappoints tonight we had the crab stuffed shrimp which were delicious and then I had beautiful pork chops also cooked to perfection and my husband had a great fillet

Went to Kreis for our anniversary with 4 other people and enjoyed the night. The food was outstanding Everyone had something different and said the same thing. The food also came to the table at the proper temperature which doesn't happen that often any more. Would definitely recommend this place for an outstanding meal. We drove 1.5 hours to get there and were not disappointed

Very nice. But the waiter never offered a refill for my iced tea. Meal was very nice. Broccoli could have been easier to manage pieces. Prime rib was great!

delicious strip steak and pork chop, both cooked to order with a smokey, grilled flavor. Excellent wait staff.
