Every single employee at Krispy Kreme Ferguson deserves a RAISE!!!!! They are always so friendly and never ever serve cold donuts with a terrible attitude like their sister branch Cottleville ! I have to force them to take my tip money by leaving it- they refuse to take tips because they say they are just doing their job but they have NO IDEA
First I called for help and whomever she was spoke fast to where I couldn't understand her or her name and she did not have any answers to questions that I had.Also I have to wait to see if I can get back into my account by email and no way of knowing how long GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AWESOME? and by the WAY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST ALL ONE WEBSITE TO ANOTHER and your employees are Rude.
