I visited your establishment around 8:50 PM, expecting to place an order. Your posted hours indicate that you close at 10 PM, yet I was left waiting for 15–20 minutes without acknowledgment. Meanwhile, I noticed staff members looking at me and walking to the back multiple times before finally informing me that you were closed, at 9:14 PM. Adding to the frustration, I saw another customer receive an order before I was told you were closed. As a DoorDash driver, accurate hours are essential for both my time and deliveries. If your closing time is earlier than 10 PM, it would be helpful to update your listed hours to prevent others from experiencing the same issue.

It's 6:05 am the day before Valentine's Day. I went to get my daughter the Hearts in Bloom dozen donuts. It says the lobby opens at 6 am. It's not open. The ladies told me drive thru only. Sad.

Had a pick up order through too good to go app. Arrived to the store one mins before pick up waited in the drive thru as two female employees smoked marijuana in the parking lot I then noticed the store was closed when online it says 10oclock. They was rude brushed me off and got in they car and pulled off as I was talking to them about either my order or a refund. I will be at the store tomorrow if open to address the situation. I normally don’t trip but for them to be smoking weed and rude was the deal breaker for me. And I want my refund and the issue addressed with them. Unacceptable and unprofessional

Um yeah..got my donuts this morning and started doing some work and was like oh oh, haha..best donuts in my area. Service was impeccable as always. The lemon filled and creme filled are really good, but they keep raising the price!!!!

Went by at 9pm when they closed at 10pm. Actually placed an online order around 8:40pm for 2 dozen assorted donuts, and donut holes. They had my phone number and email address, but I didn't hear from them. Stopped by to get my donuts and was informed that they didn't have any donuts except plain glazed. This is such a typical thing now in Florissant. These restaurants are open until 10, 11, midnight, but you stop by an hour or more before they close and either they just aren't taking orders at all or they tell you they've basically shut everything down and LOOK LIKE they're open, but they don't have anything to sell. Why stay open at all? Oh, because if you all left your owner would know you did and you wouldn't get paid. But I doubt the management and owner would be thrilled to know he's paying FOUR of you to work until 10pm when you stop selling at 8pm. They refunded me and told me to come back tomorrow if I wanted my order filled because they open at 6am. I don't do 6am. That's why I'm here late at night, when YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN! This attitude and open-but really closed thing in this area is really getting old. Y'all wonder why we don't have nice businesses and restaurants opening in our area? It's because this is the attitude of the people available to work for those businesses. Why would anyone want to open a business here or a franchise here and deal with this? I don't blame them. I'll just continue to drive to St Charles or Granite City for businesses that are actually open during their posted open hours,
