Do not go here!!! The inside is always closed and when it’s open it’s disgustingly dirty! I just went through the drive through and half the sign is out and the lady on the drive through speaker was extremely rude. The 2 dozen hot glazed donuts I ordered are at best day old cold donuts. Even putting them in the microwave didn’t help. Save your money and go elsewhere for donuts!

Worst Krispy Kreme in the STL area. The lobby has never been open the 20+ times I have been here in the last year. Staff usually rude. Anytime there is a specialty donut advertised they never have them in stock and blame a manager not ordering the ingredients. Always seem bothered that you’re even there trying to order from them.
I placed an order online, arrived to pick it up and was told they didn’t have the doughnuts from my order (valentine day donuts)they only had 3 valentine day doughnuts total, no big deal I thought, just cancel the order, since those doughnuts cost more than all the others,..I asked for my order to be cancelled, but was told the manager wasn’t available, so they couldn’t cancel it…and it’s not a option on the app to cancel an order If you place one on there. The employee told me to call the store later and talk with manager to have them cancel it….so I was 1hr and 25 minutes and called the store multiple times…no answer…I called the 800 number on the app, just find out that number is no longer in service….what a pain in the As$ to go thru just try to get refunded
This place has ruined my idea of Krispy Kreme… every single time I’ve been here the customer service is AWFUL. The workers are very rude… seems like they hire just about anyone. They are always out of certain donuts. The last time I went they were out of original glazed and said they weren’t sure when they would have more made… odd. The hot sign is NEVER on. This store needs major improvements.

Hey, was told about the free donut for PlayStation network being down from their official X account. Went to get it and a few other donuts, asked if it was available, at the drive thru, because both doors were locked, and met with a harsh “No.” and “I don’t know who posted that”, after a definitely genuine announcement. All around rude interaction with the drive thru lady. Not sure if other locations are honoring the announcement, but this location definitely isn’t, and definitely did not get a few donuts today either.

You should shut this franchised store down. They're always closed for 1 reason or another. The service sucks and the employees for lack of a better word are worthless.

Went here last night and they were closed. Possibly a staffing issue. If you can't keep enough staff to stay open maybe you should pay them more to attract better employees. We showed up at 6pm. Hours listed are 6am to 9pm Sunday to Saturday.
Just went there because all my son wanted for his birthday was glazed donuts. They were out of almost every single donut, no milk and couldn’t give us an estimated time on when they would have donuts again.

Unfortunately, I can't leave a 0-star review, but they certainly don’t deserve even 1 star. I ordered two donuts through their app on Friday morning, scheduled for pickup at 5:15 PM. The order went through, and payment was processed. I also created an account and provided my email and phone number.
When I arrived at 5:15 PM, the doors were locked, and there was a sign saying they were closed due to a frozen water pipe. While I understand emergencies happen, what I don’t understand is why they didn’t communicate with me. A lady opened the door and spoke to me, acknowledging that she knew I had an order and that I was coming. They had my phone number but did nothing to reach out beforehand.
Even stranger, a little later that evening, the app showed my order as ‘Completed.’ I had to call the next day to finally get a refund.
My son and his friend were really looking forward to their donuts, not anywhere else, and I drove a long way. After this experience, I told my son, “Forget about Krispy Kreme.”

The drive thru is only open, lobby is closed. The lady who took our money was very rude, even my young son said" mom why was she sooooo mean"? They were not making anymore donuts and out of half of the flavors. Definitely don't recommend this location. I traveled down road about 15 minutes to another location on bowles and excellent service and lobby was open!!!

I like leaving reviews. Normally I always leave a 5 star review because I don't like leaving bad reviews. This place did not deserve even a one star.
I wanted to show my kids this neat Krispy Kreme donut shop that I used to go to a lot. You can see how the donuts are made and I think it's cool.
The door was locked. That was a bummer because I wanted to show them the inside but we decided to go to the drive-thru. We pulled up at the drive-thru (no one else in it). The lady came on and asked what I wanted to order. I told her three different things and then asked her a question and she didn't respond. So I waited a few minutes and I was like hello? No one answered me for a few minutes so I pulled up to the window (no cars at the window). A middle aged lady (looked to be a manager or something) was the first to notice me there after a minute. She gave me a rude look with an attitude and then finally came to the window. She said hatefully what do you want. I told her that I was in the middle of placing my order and then no one was there so I thought they were having issues with the drive-thru. Then a younger lady came by with a head set. The middle aged lady asked her if she was taking my order and she said no. I told them that someone was taking my order. Then the headset lady rudely asked, what do you want? So I told her a specific donut and she was very rude and hateful and stated that they didn't have any of those donuts. I just drove off. I will never go to this place again. You need to hire new people that aren't so rude and hateful.
