Will never try to come here again. Placed an online order the afternoon before for 0615 pickup when they open at 6AM. Get there at 0630 so should have had plenty of time to have the order ready. Front doors are locked. No one answers at the drive thru after waiting there for a while. Knock on the front door, no answer. Knock on the drive thru window, worker says he just makes the donuts that no one is there to package them and he's calling the manager. Over 30 minutes past the scheduled pick up time and still no donuts. Had to leave without them and will now have to waste time trying to get a refund. Not worth the hassle and aggravation. This is the second time there's been issues with trying to get donuts here, should have known not to give them a second chance.
Forget about this place and don't bother going here. Go somewhere local or Schnuck's for better service, better prices, better donuts.

TRASH. order online, go to pick up, doors locked, no body answers at drive through, no one to pick up phone. Knocked on doors, knocked on drive through window, staring at someone looking at me while make doughnuts and not one time did they bother to ask or open for my order. Complete trash. Shut this location down or fire EVERYONE. 6:30 at night.

Original glazed donuts had black specs all over them had to throw away the entire dozen. I would have returned them but the service was so terrible there is no way I was going back again

The absolute worst service eve. Called and placed the order the night before and was told they open at 6 AM. Got here and sat at the drive-through (that also has a sign that says they open at 6 AM) for 20 minutes. Then try driving around to the front door and there was a sign that says they open at 6 AM but still didn’t have doors unlocked. It is now 6:55 and still not open. Two workers inside were just looking at me through the window and said they’re not . So even though the website, signs on the drive-through and signs on the front door all say they open at 6 AM. They definitely are not open. And the workers just sit there and look at you like you’re crazy. Terrible terrible terrible service as I’m still sitting here in the drive-through line with eight cars behind me All thinking they opened at 6 o’clock, like the website and signs say.
If you can't provide services they shouldn't be available for purchase on your website. Ordered the Peanuts donuts for my husband's birthday. Texted at 5 this morning that the order was canceled because they couldn't fill the order. Then I shouldn't have been able to order in the first place!
Every time, the staff disappoints. The drive through mic never works, dining area is always closed, they're always out of stock of everything, and the staff members usually have an attitude. Sucks. Every time.

Only 3 cars ahead of me and I was in drive thru for 25 min, bought 3 dozen original glazed, donuts were stale and had no icing on them at all.
What a shame, Quality doesn’t exist here any more.
We ordered 1 dozen original glazed& 1 dozen of selected specialty donuts, $34.00&some change& got home, the original glazed were half the normal size, the filled donuts were doughy with no filling& were too bad to eat & every donuts was refrigerator cold & were hard as in DAY OLD as they became room temp at home only 20 min after getting home with them. So for almost $35.00 we got 2 dozen cold day old donuts, couldnt get into the locked lobby with crates also stacked inside to block door, cant get a human on the phone. Used to be great donuts here I havnt been in awhile& now see reviews for last couple months or so are terrible matching our experience today. We will never return here & since I'm sure I will get the same auto generated response everyone else has received with nothing being done by the owner I am going to REPORT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I'm sure you will enjoy your experience with them as I enjoyed my experience at your establishment. You owe me a refund of my $35.00

How is it possible that a donut shop is always out of donuts
Lobby is closed, lots of employees sitting around the lobby. Drive Thru employees don’t speak. Might as well have a robot there. Donuts are messy, chocolate is watery. Krispy Kreme used to have nice looking donuts, uniform in size. These look like a 5 year old put them together.

Ordered hot coffee, it was ice cold. Donuts not very good either. Lobby is closed, sign on the door, makes you wonder if the place is kept clean. Would not return
