Went through the drive-through, and I was the only car there, I waited about 2 minutes for someone to come on the speaker to take my order. I was only ordering two doughnuts. Both chocolate iced custard filled. I got to the window and paid for my order. I took the bag, which felt light. I pulled out one of the doughnuts, bit into it, it wasn't custard filled, it was that cream filled, which I do not like... luckily, I had not gotten out of the parking lot yet. I went back to the drive-through window and showed the employee, which it took me blowing my horn to get his attention. I then showed him the cream filled doughnuts, and he said he thought that was what I ordered. But he took the bag with the doughnut I took a bite of, gross, and bagged up two with custard and handed them to me. I would have rated the service better except taking the already left "the store" and bitten doughnuts back into the store, and he never apologized for the mistake or inconvenience. Other than that, it was all good.

We use to love going to Krispy Kreme as little kids, took my boys here in South County for their first time. It was the nastiest Krispy Kreme I’ve ever been, the floors look like they hadn’t been swept up in months, the donuts were old and crusty, all the workers look like they were absolutely miserable. Not one person smiled, or was courteous. Will never ever be going there again.

The aroma of this place makes you want to buy more than you originally planned!!Thank goodness I had ordered online days before for a coworkers birthday.I had forgotten how light and airy the original glazed donuts were...so easy to overindulge.My birthday is coming up soon, I think I'll put in a hint at work that I'd like the new really chocolate ones!!
This location is kinda ran down with covered windows and at times it just not open.

Just not enough of these businesses in St. Louis or St. Charles. Love their donuts. Todays special $9.99 buy a dozen and get a second dozen for $1.00.Parking: Nice open parking lot with plenty of parking area.
Sometimes the donuts are decent at this location (this is not one of the better locations), but the service is usually not friendly. I'm sure there are exceptions and doesn't apply to all the employees, but in general. Came here last night and the employees eyes were glazed over and very inattentive to the customers... probably for the same reason eyes were glazed over. Definitely the opposite of service with a smile. Also, disappointed to come during hot now hours with only stale (must have been day old by how they tasted) donuts. This is not the first time at this location that hot now hours have not worked out. Too bad because Krispe Kreme has a good product when they actually put forth a little effort. Surely good help can't be this hard to find.

Most horrible donuts I have ever had. Dry. And also didn't get 2 of the right donuts. 9.61 cents later it was gross. I don't think I will go back. I tried calling the store manager and that was a joke. Rude woman. She said bring them back. I was 30 miles away.

Went to Krispy Kreme to get donuts and a large iced carmel mocha latte. The donuts were fine. The picture on the screen had chocolate and Carmel drizzle on it. I received my latte and there was no Carmel or chocolate drizzle. I asked about this when I received my drink. The lady at the window took it from me, then handed it back, saying that they did not have the drizzle syrup, they were out. I ordered it because it looked good. If they would have told me, when I made my order,I wouldn't have ordered it.

I’m really disappointed with this particular Krispy Kreme lately. I wish I had one closer to home. So after driving an hour to get my staff cute heart donuts this is what I was given.
