As a long-time follower of this Black Owned Business, I finally had the opportunity to visit and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was treated to exceptional customer service, complete with a warm smile and engaging conversation while I placed my order. The menu offered a diverse range of options, including burgers, ice cream, funnel cakes, cheese cakes, nachos, and freshly squeezed lemonade in multiple flavors and so much more. I chose to order a turkey burger...
I recently placed an order for three rotel nachos to share with my coworkers, but what I received was not what I expected. The order consisted of three containers of nachos, single serving of rotel sauce and the remaining ingredients in a separate cup. I encountered resistance when trying to correct the order. An apology and a smile would have gone a long way. The lemonade was great though.
OMG, if you like funnel cakes, this is a great place, and I LOVE FUNNEL CAKES! Got the strawberry banana and it was fantastic. Also got chicken strips an loaded Rotel fries which were so good, served piping hot. Definitely recommend, love to be a patron of the small independently owned business out there!
