Staff was very rude when I went, it was my first time ordering and the person checking me out was not helpful at all.
Very good BoBa, tea experience. If you like a variety, go here. I really enjoyed my experience here.
My daughter and I both enjoyed our selections
Awesome genuine hospitality every time I return for another delicious bubble tea 🧋 with so many different uniqueness flavors to choose 😋 Outdoor patio prime spot for watching 👀 the 🌎 world pass by this hidden gem in University City. Thanks ✌️
Worst service I’ve ever seen. Both are not polite at all, they don’t care about customer experience.
Great flavors and service.
Kung Fu Boba is hands down one of the best bubble tea spots in St. Louis! Their drinks are always fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The boba pearls have the perfect chewy texture, and they offer a great variety of flavors, from classic milk teas to refreshing fruit teas. The Brown Sugar Boba and Taro Milk Tea are personal favorites! The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the shop has a fun, welcoming vibe. If you’re a boba lover, this place is a must-visit!
The order was ready pretty fast, but my drink was awful, it was labeled coca cream oat wow, only wow was, wow it had no flavor at all, and seemed like straight oat milk poured in. My kid did like the thai milk tea. I couldn't drink it due to dairy. Maybe I'll be back. Not sure... Seem to be a bit grumpy too
Kung fu tea is the best boba place out there! It’s the only place that will make my almond milk tea right. Others just taste like plain coffee to me. The woman who works there is also amazing. She is the kindest worker I have ever met. This is the best boba place you’ll go to!
Tea is good service is awful. Lady working front counter was extremely rude

Picked up a large piña colada slush last Saturday during the ice sculpture festival. My wife and I enjoyed the drink which cost $7.11. The woman who took our order was not particularly friendly, and in fact was a bit unpleasant. After we ordered, we stepped to the side so that other patrons could walk up and order, but remained standing next to the counter. There was not a line of people, we were not in the way, and only one other patron was waiting for their drinks and seated to the side. Despite all this, she made it very clear that we needed to move further away or to go sit down. This would have been acceptable had she asked in a pleasant way, but that was not the case. Perhaps she could check the book How to win friends and influence people out of the library
Terrible service, terrible drinks!

Good place to go for traditional kinds of milk tea.
If i go into a store to spend the money i worked for i better not be made to feel like an annoyance. Worker at the front desk sat on her phone and rolled her eyes at me and my partner when we went to order. She made my drink incorrectly and didn’t say think you or your welcome or anything really. She stared blankly at me when i would ask a question then give a rude and quick response. The man working in the back didn’t speak and seemed irritated as well. I love boba and i love the loop, but i hate this place. If HITEA or corner17 had been open i would have gone there but sadly it was the middle of the day on a tuesday. Don’t spend your money here, clearly they don’t want it.

Wish I could give them less than one star after my best friend died I went to the delmar loop to remind me of him, being that's the last place we hung out. On the way home I stopped in this establishment only to experience the worst "RACISIM"'ve ever seen towards a paying repeat customer. They completely ignored me allowing whites and other Asians to pass me in line like I didn't exist, so upsetting the way they did me as a black man considering they to are fellow minorities.
