I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at La Juicy. Usually, I look forward to their flavorful food and amazing sauce, which is why I chose them for a special birthday treat. I don’t go often because it’s pricey, so I expected excellence. Instead, this was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had. My husband picked up the order, and once I got it and started eating, the food was extremely salty, so salty I could barely stomach it. The usual garlic flavor was missing, the sauce was thin, and the whole dish felt off. I even tried adding my own broth at home to fix it & no luck. When you spend this much on a meal, you want it right. So I called them, and they offered to remake it. My husband brought the food back and they told him they they’d “fix” what was still in the bag. At that point, some crab legs, an egg, and a potato were missing because like I said, I tried eating the food. Still, I said fine. When the “fixed” food came back, it was a watery, diluted mess. They clearly just added water, no fresh sauce, no garlic, just bland, salty disappointment. It felt like they didn’t care at all, about my money or my dining experience. I’m highly disappointed & a WASTE of my money!

I order here so much that I don’t have to give my name when I pick up my food. My fav thing to eat is sea food. We aren’t near any coast so a certain level of freshness isn’t expected. But, I will say their sea food is so flavorful. I get my sauce extra thick and it’s a game changer. Def my fav sea food spot in my area and I may be addicted.

I am currently 6 months pregnant and me and my Sister decided to eat from there Monday and instantly got food poisoning from it puking and pooping all at the same time !! WILL NOT eat from there anymore ESPECIALLY PREGNANT ‼️
