I have never visited this location before, no complaints for me.

At this fast food place you take a chance it's a roll of a dice. Sometimes food okay and sometimes food days old
First time ordering here, I didn’t receive some items that were delivered from uber eats. I reached out because I wanted the food initially. Upon explaining to the guys(he said manager )my situation and that I wanted the item he refused told me to call uber smh and hung up in my face. I called back in asked for a manager. He answered and said I am the manager like it’s cute to be disrespectful. I literally just spent $70 dollars with you guys and you can’t even send condiments. Let along my entire ORDER! I don’t understand why everybody in St. Louis feeds off of negative energy. The attitudes have to stop. 🛑 do better.
So where do I began... I stop here because it's close to my home. 3 strikes and you're out 1) ordered fried pickels asked to sit and wait, brought my order out after 15mins, I get home no fried pickels. 2) ordered an 8 pc strip meals and a rotisserie/ baked 3pc meal, got home the 3pc was not in the bag, called back and was told to return... did so and no one knew what I was talking about. 3) got my normal order and was asked if I wanted to buy a brownie to help with the sales promotion and wouldn't you know it, got home and the one thing they suggested I add to my order was not in the bag (no brownie). And in addition to the order errors, depending on when you go/ what time go... there a guy who hangs around in the drive-thru be careful.

This restaurant is a mess because of the very poor management! I went in there today to get a replacement order which this same location jacked up a few weeks ago and I had to contact corporate office for and was given a coupon for compensation. When I walked inside the manager Daniel or Danny was very smug and ignored my presence for a few minutes and when I was finally acknowledged, it was not a welcoming greeting but just a what do you want greeting! I gave him my coupon and he refused to talk to me or answer my question I had pertaining to my order. He walked away and came back and didn’t say a word to and a few minutes later a lady slammed my order on the counter. I asked Daniel why he was so rude and he told me, “ you got what you wanted right”! I told him that he could have at least said something and he started to become belligerent and instead of using his training as a customer service host he was very ignorant and turned red while I was telling him his customer service sucked and was yelling at me as I proceeded to walk out the door! I’m not sure that job is for Daniel or maybe he would rather prefer to be in another neighborhood but whatever the case, if you don’t want to be nice to the customers maybe you should find another damn job!!
They’re food is cold every time I go there there is the one rude employee who has an attitude i’ve contacted you all several different times and you all haven’t done anything about this .

When I ask to speak n to a manager. She (Deborah) purposely made me wait an excessive amount of time. Only to approach the counter and purposely take other customers before me. She even wanted time at the counter fiddling through papers. Just to approach me rudley and unprofessional with an attitude as if she was trying to make some kind of statement. I barley got two words out, & might I add that the staff was full of women to which where young lady's. That's was a terrible display of leadership, & those young lady's deserve a better model because Deborah has some maturing to do, our interaction was nasty work. I only was concerned about my brother who she hired, who has a disability. I would not recommend her running any professional establishment. I simply just left

I placed my order and paid for it. When I got home the order was wrong. I called back up there and was told that I could pay for the right order bc they only charged me for the wrong order. Where is my accommodation for my inconvenience??? Do your job right the first time and you won't have to worry about complaints. You don't care bc this is fast food in a black neighborhood.
